This place was highly recommended but ended up being such a disappointment. I ordered something simple, spicy sushi roll and a vegetable bowl. The spicy tuna roll seemed like they just rushed it together, it did not look like a roll. Tuna was not even inside the rice. As for the vegetable bowl, the carrots were very dry and the broccoli came with a piece of aluminum wire.

This sushi restaurant is a great, affordable place to eat sushi. I am very grateful that there is a sushi restaurant in Huntington Park. I have ordered the California roll, Salmon roll, tuna lover, Spider Roll, and the Rainbow roll. So far the Tuna Lover has been my favorite dish. The food can be a little messy sometimes but the taste is still great. I tasted their Spicy Miso Ramen and it is delicious but they should separate the noodles from the rest of the soup. It would prevent the noodles from overlooking by the time I get home.

I really enjoyed the food though 2 things one. the regular sushi rolls were sloppy and two. the fried wanton ice cream sat on top of the sushi rolls so they warmed up. I got the crunchy roll and California roll special. The wanton fried ice cream was delicious but once it got soggy was a little chewy but still A1. Overall would order again.

I had a tendency of excitement to try this place out. Recommended by my mother who I dearly love, I had big expectations for this place but was shocked to see and experience unsatisfying quality and taste. It was decent but the California and caterpillar sushi was dry; very little filling also. Along so for Chicken teriyaki plate; the chicken was dry and flavorless.it did not seem fresh. You know when chicken is fresh when it doesn’t have dark brown spots and isn’t hard to chew on. It was dry and very small portion for what you pay. I overheard a ask another person “what’s recommended here?” And the other person said “Everything, it’s delicious.” when dining there but I couldn’t agree with that statement and opinion. I don’t recommend this place.

I love coming in here after a long day of work and not in a cooking mood.
Their miso soup is delicious. Favorite plate is their chicken bento box, a little bit of everything. Would love more salad dressing.
Place is clean, good customer service and never need to wait.

So another review banga here …..I can say I’m highly impressed with the flavors here especially the peanut dressing to the salad was incredibly delicioso my miso soup was cold and my Ramen took forever to make but the food was delicious so I guess it was worth it you have to try this place out its worth my money

I ordered the chicken bento box for lunch. It was a 8/10 the food was pretty good the chicken was kinda dry but the sauce made up for it. The rolls were a bit messy but the raito of rice filling and avacodo were perfect. The costumer service was pretty great. My food did take a while for me to revive but I didn’t really mind as they had music playing in the background and I enjoyed watching the sushi being made. The environment was pretty calming and relaxing. My overall experience was great I would come again.

and let me tell you is the best thing ive ever tasted in sushi around town but my favorite was this first on in the video I’m not sure how it’s called my husband ordered now I depend on him for next time we go lol , any way. Talking to the associate she told us a short story about the restaurant and she told me that it was own by a Japanese men who happen to be retired and maybe on his 90’s and. Just enjoying life away from LA, so he sold it to, two brothers that happens to be chef ‍ ‍ and now operate the kitchen with everyone else. Everything was beautiful decorated they had digital menu and printed as well I enjoyed every second of my stay the music was according to the theme and the drawing omg I was amazed by them anyway I loved this place and definitely will be visiting soon !

I have to say this was my first time and the food here was awesome! The price is pretty average but food quality is over the roof! The food variety here is outstanding. Sushi places around South Gate/Lynwood usually just have rolls but this place has nigiris,sushi rolls,ramen and many other things. The decorations really made it a serene place to be, it’s pretty small but not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon
