Blue Finch Bakery is a community supported cottage bakery here in Tucson, AZ. We combine old-world techniques with heritage and local ingredients to create handcrafted breads and pastries that are alive with flavor. We currently only accept pre-orders. Since our bake days often change from week-to-week, the best way to see our weekly menu, hours, etc. is to visit our website.

Blue Finch Bakery has the most delicious bread and pastries! Our favorites so far are the Kanelbullar and the honey oat loaf. The only sad part is having to wait a week for more! Their customer service is also amazing – so kind and helpful!
