“I did enjoy the food at Blue Fine Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse, although, they charged my card a $4 tip that I never left. This is very disappointing and feels dishonest.
I want to warn others: if you do eat here, pay in cash and give exact change so nothing extra can be added to your bill. I will not be returning.”

My husband took me out for a birthday lunch on a weekday, which worked out perfectly since it wasn’t very busy. I had just gotten off work earlier that morning, and we weren’t planning to cook at home, so we decided to give this place a try.
We were assisted right away and didn’t have to wait long. While enjoying our appetizer, the chef arrived with an energetic and friendly vibe. He was an excellent chef—fun to watch as he cooked and performed tricks that made the experience even more entertaining.
They also surprised me with a birthday tiara and sang “Happy Birthday” using a flute and a drum.
Everyone was so kind, and they truly made my birthday feel special and memorable, even though it was just me and my husband. We both agreed it would be even more fun to come back with family and friends next time.
On our way out, my husband didn’t realize he had forgotten his debit card. One of the staff members ran after us to return it, which we really appreciated.
Thank you so much, Bluefin—especially to the amazing staff. We will definitely be back with more friends and family in the future.

It’s a very nice place to have Japanese food. Hibachi dinner combo was really delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to try out. Food and drinks are really nice.
We tried Fried Spring Roll for appetizer. It was really nice.
Hibachi dinner combo quantity is enough to have without any appetizer and drink.
I had drink, appetizer and my dinner combo all together and it was too much for me.
For special occasion they do give birthday crown to kids & at the end they did a small birthday song for birthday person.

Day outing… Since we had been to Sam’s and some other stores, we decided to grab a bit trying something new. Love the bright and vibrant decor. We didn’t have to wait to be seated for the hibachi dining. I had the Southern Peach drink, which stuck up on me, so if you are a little drinker like me, one is fine. For food, I order Hibachi combo with salmon, chicken, shrimp and extra rice without soup and salad. I gave my salmon to my friend, but the rest of the food was delicious. My friend ordered Spicy Margarita Drink, American Hero Rolls, Hibachi combo with shrimp, scallops and salmon with veggie and rice. The hero rolls were super delicious. I definitely would try again. Our cook was very nice and friendly. I definitely will try again when in the area.
They also utilize robot servers to deliver appetizers to the table. Once we left, we also got to see a pretty sunset!!!

The hibachi show was mediocre and varies by server. Food was ok but portion significantly different between diners because the chef can’t divide properly. Service overall good. I would just dine normally and not go for the hibachi.

I had a fantastic dinner at this Japanese steakhouse. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I decided to try many different types of sashimi during my visit, and the variety and quality were outstanding. Every piece was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend eating here if you love great sushi!

Always a pleasure to eat at this location!!! Whether your eating lunch or taking out you significant other this place has great food and the atmosphere is just relaxing. The staff is always well mannered and on top of your dining experience. Would recommend the filet mignon and maybe a I-20 sushi roll . Will definitely come back again

I went to Blue Fin while visiting Alabama earlier this week and I have to say, I was impressed! This was my first Hibachi experience and our chef Efrain really put on a show and topped it off with a great tasting meal.
I got the Steak Hibachi, medium, and it was on point in doneness and taste. Along with the fried rice and mixed grilled veggies that came with the dish, it was by far the best meal I had while visiting the area. And Efrain’s added showmanship completed the perfect dinner experience.
Maybe I’m the best judge since this was my first Hibachi experience, but it has definitely got me excited and already searching for my next Hibachi experience.
