Known for their macaroons, but they had a great selection of fresh bagels, croissants, scones and muffins. I chose a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and it was tasty. The only reason for 4 stars is that it was a $10 sandwich, but… it was huge! There’s no place to eat in here, so plan on getting your food to go. Also, there’s a great selection of unique, farm, kitchen equipment.

The croissants I bought from the Blue Eyed Baker were decent, but not freshly baked. Not stale, but probably a day old. I could have gone to a supermarket and paid far less for croissants that needed to be toasted. Also, the worker who cashed me out was unpleasant to deal with for no apparent reason. Additionally, although I do like butter, this is the first time I’ve encountered croissants that could be described as greasy. Three stars because, to be fair, we did eat the croissants and didn’t hate them. We agreed though that we wouldn’t buy from this bakery in the future.

Cake was dry and crumbly like it had been baked at least a week before pickup, lemon curd filling was delicious but cost an extra $12, which was not disclosed, and the frosting was sour and tasted like it was made without sugar. It was the most expensive disappointment ever. $80 for a Barbie doll sized cake that no one finished eating nor cared to have seconds the next day. Hard earned money straight to the garbage can.

Alex and the Blue Eyed Baker team go above and beyond to create gorgeous, innovative, and (most importantly) insanely delicious baked goods! The staff is always welcoming and polite, and I am always impressed by their customer service. There’s a reason we continue to order all of our family birthday cakes from BEB (for YEARS now) and they never disappoint on executing the perfect dessert for any occasion!

Ordered a 6″ vanilla cake for our anniversary and it was very disappointing, especially for the cost of $60. The cake was so dry it crumbled when trying to cut a slice and the flavor was bland. Presentation was good and the forsting was different and interesting. I tried calling multiple times with no answer and a voicemail that was not setup, so E-mailed these concerns and the same photo … again without response.

I have been working with Alex professionally and personally since Blue Eyed Baker began and I can honestly say that not only is she incredibly professional, an amazing baker but she is an overall wonderful person. Her cakes are a staple for my kids birthdays, her croissants, French macaroons, cookies and other baked goods are also the go to food when it comes to any event I’m having. Blue Eyed Baker is an amazing, growing business that treats everyone who walks in the door with respect and the most perfect baked good to make their day.

Worth the trip every time. The macarons were so flavorful, and the cookies the perfect combination of crunchy and chewy. Overwhelmed by amazing options every trip.

As an East Aurora resident, and frequent shopper, BBE is the place to go for delicious bakery goods! Their breakfast sandwiches are out of this world and baked goods are amazing. Their apple pie we still dream of! Their staff is friendly and always willing to help. Look at how adorable this cakelette is!

I always support the local businesses. I went in for a bagel and a peanut butter brioche roll. I spent over 12 dollars. My bagel was good but the cream cheese was just a strange blob. My brioche roll was delicious but wasn’t very fresh. I hope next time it will be better. I managed a bakery in Va. it’s not always easy so I understand. I’ll definitely be back.
