I go to blue dragon at least 3-4 times a month and never once has let me down. The service is always fast and very friendly. Hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant

Food is always wonderful as is the staff! They will adjust the “heat” of anything you order. I’ma wimp and love the flavor of spicy dishes, just not the heat, so they make mine mild while rest of my family eats the hots dishes. Prices are great for what you get.

The staff at Blue Dragon were outstanding in customer service! The food was SO good! The flavors are unique and delicious. The portion size is large. We had spring rolls, wonton and hot and sour soup, and the happy family dinner. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Please give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Let me preface this review with the fact I have lived in many different places and have been to a lot of different Chinese restaunts from Alaska to Tennessee and multiple places in between that included national chains to holes-in-the-wall to all-you-can-eat buffets. So I know what to expect when I order at one.

I went in recently to try this restaurant as I had never been there. So I ordered the things I like the most as test. I ordered Orange Chicken, Hot and Sour soup and egg rolls.

However, they do not have egg rolls here, strike 1. Not having an egg roll at a chinese restaurant is a little like a mexican restaurant not serving chips and queso, so a little odd. Never been to a Chinese restaurant that didn’t have egg rolls. Strike 1. I got a spring roll instead. Spring roll was OK. Not OK enough to order again.

The orange chicken was just chicken essentially and 40 pounds of rice. It was OK but it wasn’t “Orange” chicken, it was just small, fried, battered chicken strips, so not what I ordered. Strike 2.

Now the soup. Love hot and sour soup and can eat a quart at a time. The soup I received looked like it might be hot and sour soup. If you like hot and sour soup, you know what it should taste like. This soup had virtually no taste, no flavor, nothing, nada. Strike 3.

So not a fan of Blue Dragon. Your mileage may vary.

Went in for lunch today for the first time. The service was friendly and helpful. Food was prepared quickly as well. The Won Ton soup was hot and very good. Tasty pork filled dumplings in good broth. Relly good fried rice a bit dark like I like it. The chicken and beef was tender and flavorful with carrots and pea pods. The sauce is sweet and slightly hot. They give you a bag of fried won tons that is fantastic. Probably my favorite part of the meal to be honest. The lunch specials were $9.99 and had really good portion size. I definitely enjoyed my lunch and would reccomend this place if you enjoy Asian cuisine.

Stopped in for a lunch of Sweet and Spicy Chicken. My first visit and it will not be my last. Next time soon it will be for dinner. My meal had plenty of fried rice and it along with the chicken came to my table nice and hot. It was delicious. I recommend you give it a try.

Definitely a must-stop in Maryville. Everything is made fresh. We had Blue Dragon for the first time a couple weeks ago, and I was immediately thinking “when can we go back?” 15 days later and here we are. The employees at BD are phenomenal. They’re polite and they put all the love into their cooking. My favorite is the Lo Mein and the Broccoli dinner, with the Mongolian sauce! Regardless of what you choose, you can’t go wrong!

Not crunchy, flavor is dim. I’ve had better generals from a box in the freezer section. I came here bc of the rave reviews. The sauce is thin and watery, not thick and saucey like I’m used to. No crispy peppers. Not very spicy at all. I came right at opening so maybe they weren’t ready to serve yet but I’m definitely disappointed.

We loved it!!! The best General Taos chicken we’ve ever had. It was thinly sliced and crispy along the edges, perfect flavor! The Pad Thai was also great, perfectly balanced on everything. Everyone was super nice and friendly. We will definitely make the trip back to eat here.

This is our favorite place to go! We travel an hour just to come here. We’ve had almost everything on the menu and not been disappointed yet!
