It had been quite some time since I’d been here and the food was just as delicious as I remembered!

Our group ordered Clams, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Bow tie pasta with Pesto sauce, and an Arrabbiata pasta that was not on the menu.
The pesto dish was practically licked clean . It was a large portion eaten by a tiny friend who seldom finishes her plate . The fact that she she managed to devour the entire plate speaks volumes as to the flavor.. I have to admit that I stole a piece of two because it looked so delicious .I ordered the Arrabiata, which was perfectly spiced. I think each and everyone of us enjoyed our food equally.
The staff was perfect. They were very attentive, without being intrusive.
I had to take a star away from the atmosphere simply because the overhead heaters in the patio area became too hot, and while they were incredibly accommodating in turning them off, it became too cold. Had they been adjustable heaters it would’ve been fine. Looking forward to coming back during the spring months and sampling more of the menu..

The Blue Dolphin is my family’s all time favorite place to eat. I live locally and for at least the last 7 years this has been our number one pick for dinner. I was shocked to see anything but 4 or 5 star reviews here. It is authentic Italian food, do not expect a diner menu. The owner and his staff are nothing short of exceptional and always ensure my table has a positive experience. The food is phenomenal (try the Penne Salmon dish), the wine is excellent, the coffee/dessert is perfect, and all for a very fair price being in Westchester. My only complaint is that it is not twice the size because on Friday and Saturday evenings there can be lines out the door and a long (but always worth it) wait for seating.

This has been and still is a fantastic meal. Martinis are served with the shaker – and there’s another 1/2 a glass in there. The fish is superb, the pastas a simple and consistent, the service with is with a smile. I always look forward to dinner at the blue dolphin.

We came here for Saturday brunch around 1. They were crowded and we had to wait a while to order and for the food to arrive. The Blue Dolphin used to be a dinner and still feels like one, but the menu is all Italian. The food was quite good and worth the wait.

Delicious home made pasta with other crafted dishes. Pair it with very attentive service and cozy interior makes it a fantastic eatery.

Lovely restaurant and staff are excellent. Food is also quite good; the lower rating was due to the zucchini parmigiana. I do not recommend this dish because it was merely zucchini, too much mozzarella, and tomato sauce. No ricotta cheese or anything else. Every bite was a struggle because the mozzarella is stringy once cooked. Zucchini was not soft enough to make the meal less difficult to enjoy. So, if you go, do not have this, if it is on the list of specials.

Excellent spinach manicotti!! The pasta had chew, the ricotta filling and tomato sauce were better than what I would use at home. My partner loved the asparagus in her Asparagus Pesto Farfalle (and the rest of it too). Service was great, a fun and delicious place to eat, if a little loud.

Stopped in for dinner. The food was very good but the portions were small. They charged for refills of ice tea. Unfortunately a restaurant like this puts maximizing profits over value. Maybe charge a sit down fee too.

My first time at Blue Dolphin didn’t disappoint. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The cacciatore and grilled chicken and the pasta were all delicious. We are outdoors under the tent because it was too crowded and cramped indoors where space is very limited. I recommend that you go on a day when the weather is nice and you can eat outside. enjoy the delicious food!
