Modern and well-decorated bar and grill. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming.

The food, however, was a bit hit or miss. The tacos were quite good, but the truffle fries fell short of expectations. It’s also worth noting that prices are on the higher side, so be prepared to spend a fair amount when dining here.

Restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn hotel (though it has another entrance outside the hotel). A good choice if you are at the hotel waiting for your shuttle or flight got canceled. Spacious, with a bar and has a sleek design. The food, during my visit, was a 50/50 experience. The chopped brisket cheese melt was hands down perfection. The side fries that came with the entree were slightly undercooked and some did feel stale when chewing despite having appropriate salt and seasoning. The house salad was great too. When I arrived only one waitress was manning the tables and bar. The place wasn’t filled but she did a great job attending everyone at a good pace and she was very friendly serving with a smile.

The food was good but the service sucked. It wasn’t the bartenders fault though. Management has her running the bar and food up to rooms. So there’s times where she’s gone for 5-10 minutes. There’s not enough help.
Her drinks were really good, especially her margarita. The dynamite shrimp were excellent too.
They just need to manage it better is all.

I had seen some mixed reviews on Google Maps before visiting Blue Dixie Kitchen, so I went in with my guard up. However, once I arrived, my experience was actually very positive. I went during a slower hour, so there were not many people in the restaurant. There was only one employee working behind the bar, handling both the bar service and the tables.

Even though she was the only one working, she was hustling and doing a great job making sure everyone was taken care of. I ordered the steak, and it came out exactly as I requested. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh and flavorful. The French fries also stood out because they tasted freshly cut rather than frozen, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I had a great experience at Blue Dixie Kitchen. I can understand that if it were busier and only one person was working, it might not be quite as smooth. But for my visit, everything was on point, and I would definitely recommend checking it out.

It was OK, it’s convenient bc it is near the hotel but if you get a chance to go somewhere else, do it.

The people working there aren’t very nice tbh. Except for one Colombian waitress who was nice and had a positive attitude.

We went for dinner the night we checked into the hotel and the food was good. We ordered the Buffalo chicken wings, Philly cheesesteak and the Cajun Pasta. The portions were good.

We tried the buffet breakfast the following day and the food was subpar. It was $17 for the buffet and I can say that it was not worth that much. Luckily we had vouchers to use.

The staff were nice and helpful even though they were short staffed the night of dinner.

We tried the Blue Dixie Bar & Grill for both breakfast and dinner while staying at the Holiday Inn and absolutely loved it!

For dinner, I highly recommend the Mexican Mule cocktail, the chicken quesadillas (they are HUGE & delish) and the blackened shrimp flatbread (the shrimp on this are 10/10!)

For the breakfast buffet, I highly recommend the omelette station, the potato wedges, the fresh fruit and the cranberry juice!

I also really liked that kids eat free here when you are a hotel guest and have a paid adult meal.

This restaurant is located in the Holiday Inn Intercontinental Airport. We were starving and came right down after checking in. My wife and I ordered The Burger with steak fries. Food came out quickly and tasted great. They were cooked to order, and the service was excellent. This location is highly recommended!

Better options out there. Slow service and overpriced. The food i got was 20 dollars which I feel is a lot for how little there was.
