Absolutely the best brisket I’ve ever had. We went midafternoon and over ordered but need to go back to try other items.

Incredible barbecue, I had the brisket and it was rich, smokey and mouth wateringly tender. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in town, and don’t skip the fry bread either.

Holy moly, the flavor!! Piñon smoked brisket that’s unlike anything else, anywhere else. The elote was good too. I like the coleslaw but I think for what you get it’s overpriced. Next time I’ll try the beans. All 3 of the bbq sauces were heavenly. The 2 employees i met were very friendly and helped me choose a quantity of meat. They haven’t always been open lately when their scheduled open hours are due to staffing and running out of meat early in the day, so I’ve heard some people griping about that, but ya can’t hold the usual small business snags against them!! I promise the quality of their food is worth any hassle you might’ve experienced as far as not being open sometimes goes. Thanks for doing what you do, Blue Deer

Other than good barbecue sauce, the brisket and fry bread were quite greasy and not edible. The brisket was moist, alrhough i think that was because there was so much extra fat. We had trouble ordering as the young girl was not able to answer any questions and the chef/manager didn’t seem to want to help. There certainly was no friendly greetings either.

Best BBQ in town. Extremely nice staff. Even the smell when you walk in is amazing. Hands down my family’s new favorite spot. We will be back quite often. Thanks again.

Best meal we had in Taos! The pulled pork was tender, the sauce was delicious, and the fry bread was perfect. Elote was great too! The guys working the counter were really nice and friendly. This is a new business – the place is small and they’re supposed to be part of a food hall but it doesn’t seem to work the way you’d expect (no communal seating, for example). If you’ve got a large party, plan on take out.

They have nailed pulled pork and especially the brisket. Elote, fry bread and pinto beans w brisket are all great. If you haven’t given them a try, you’re missing out. Highly recommend.

My wife and I wanted to get some BBQ and support a small business, but unfortunately this establishment isn’t open when they say they are open.
