The food was way better than what I remember for my last experience at Blue Coast burrito!! At a different location. But this one was absolutely amazing.. the what’s tender and the chips were crisp nicely salted, the sauces are always very flavorful and tasty. the customer service was top notch!!! I will definitely be coming back to this location for my next order

Cody the gm was freaking incredible everything was decorated so beautifully and you could tell they put a lot of love into making it look like home for the holidays! Israel was super kind and welcomed me in like I belonged here!! Will come back over and over!!! My burrito was also stellar!!! Plus the wrapping of the presents was exceptional!!!

Okay… I hate to even write this review, but it has to be done. I also wrote to the restaurant but never heard back from them.
I placed an online order on Sept 6, 2025. I arrived a little early and it wasn’t ready yet so I waited. They were very busy but one of the employees let me know he was working on it. The workers were very kind.
However, I’m sharing the negative aspects in hopes it might implement or reinstate some cleanliness protocols. I watched the young man take cash from a customer at the register and then not change his gloves before returning to prepare food. I also found not one, but two hairs in my burrito after I returned home. No hairnets were being used.
I had some other issues with the order such as incorrect ingredients and fermented salsa as well.
This location just needs some retraining, and I hope to see it done.

I heard good things about Blue Coast Burrito and was excited because they have so many gluten free options. Unfortunately my excitement was short lived after they forgot my order. After speaking to someone they apologized and then forgot my order the second time!
Finally I got my order and went back home. I ordered 3 tacos with steak, cheese, and salsa but you can’t really tell from the pic… The tortillas were also super soggy and feel apart as soon as I picked them up. Sad day 🙁

I look upon this burrito vendor as a weary traveler looks upon the warm hearth. As I enter this, the domain of tortillas and fruit tea, I am met by the kindness of the staff and the gentle spicy smell of LaTinga Chicken. Truly a place of peace. Also the chips and salsa slap.

Just ordered from you guys. I had ordered some steak nachos with beans and cheese. Also ordered 3 steak tacos. We ordered it online and waited 30 mins then I went to pick it up and waited for 10 more minutes to receive 3 soggy steak tacos that weren’t even warm. It looked and tasted disgusting, ate one bite and had to throw the rest away. My steak nachos had zero steak on it and about 5 pounds of beans and so much cheese that it was like eating a wet paper towel covered in cheese. Wouldn’t even feed that to my dog.

I recently visited Blue Coast at Lenox Village under its new management, and I am thoroughly impressed! The ambiance has been refreshed, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful dining experience. The quality and presentation of the food were exceptional, showcasing fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Additionally, I was thrilled to learn that they now offer catering services, which will be perfect for upcoming events.
