Quaint little coffee shop – with a small patio off the back. A nice selection of pastries, seasonal drinks and house specialties. Service was friendly but a little off on my visit – seemed like short or newer staff. Definitely will be back though – the maple turmeric latte and matcha croissant were great!

First timer to this cute little coffee shop, came here on Thursday to try out the newly released smash burgers I saw on their IG, I tried the market burger , sorry I didn’t take a picture, it was so good! 10/10! Chef Adam did an amazing job! He recommended me which burger to get as I couldn’t decide which one to get, great service by him, and cool personality. It’s amazing how this coffee shop has more than just coffee and pastries. I’m going to recommend this spot to all my friends and family members, for sure will come back to try the breakfast.

First time was great. Second not as expected. First time food was amazing. Second time the potatoes were burned. I went for breakfast and was told the kitchen was closed because the chef was on break and they did not even know when he would come back. First time hearing a restaurant kitchen is close when the restaurant is open. What I disliked most is customers entering with dogs all the time despite having a sign about only animal service for disabled people. A lady came with a HUGE dog (when I say HUGE it was really HUGE) that obviously was not an animal service because was sniffing everything and putting the claws in the counter. The lady was not disabled at all. Many customers don’t like to be eating with non-service dogs around so it will be great in the business enforce his own sign.

I came here earlier this week for an English muffin breakfast, unfortunately at that moment there wasn’t any because they sold out, I had great customer service by this young man who has long hair, I forgot his name but he apologized and referred me to other options that were available like sourdough rye bread and I decided to give it a try. It was the best, very delicious! Im glad I decided to try something new! Amazing service by him, he was helpful, thorough and professional, he knows the menu very well! Will come back here again soon

This was our first time at Blue Butterfly Café, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. The overall cleanliness was very disappointing, especially since there were promising reviews. The water cups had matcha powder residue on all of them. Next to that, there were wet rags left sitting in the corner in plain sight…which made the space feel very unsanitary.

The staff did not appear to follow basic hygiene practices. One worker was eating discreetly while working on customer orders, and was also wiping her mouth with her hands. Right in the middle of ordering, this employee barges in during the transaction to let the cashier know she needed to leave soon. Once she left, another girl came in, clocked in with long hair not tied back, and didn’t wash her hands. She also wiped her nose with her finger before proceeding to make someone’s drink.

We were excited to try this café, but this experience was very unfortunate. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority in any food and drink establishment, and sadly, that was not the case here.

the BREAKFAST BURRITO wow what a winner!!! Jam packed with yummy ingredients and great fuel for the rest of the day.

Wouldn’t recommend the butterfly pea tea latte that my friend got though – was a tad much on the milky side. Coffee was ok, had a Flat White with oat milk which was not bad. Decent place for a quick breakfast!

A must stop! A local spot filled with amazing options, friendly staff and timely service. The outside tables are a great location to enjoy the food and people watch or walk and shop.
The matcha pistachio croissant is a balance of sweet & savory, the iced vanilla latte with almond milk was nutty and not too sweet, the California Hash toast is a MUST and the California breakfast sammie.

I would have originally rated this place higher, but each repeat visit tends to prove more frustrating. Food orders are often slow to deliver, and have been partially incorrect about 75% of the time- ingredients left out, incomplete orders, and frequently not very hot. I have largely chosen to no longer order food when visiting.
The drinks are decent, but every time I have ordered a blended drink (one of my preferred drinks) the employees completely forget about my order. The most recent visit the gal who took my order was also in charge of making my drink, and had to be reminded by another employee to do so when they saw me walk back inside to check on my order (she was on her phone as it wasn’t very busy). Previously I had to point out my forgotten drink just sitting in the blender after seeing one customer after another who had arrived after me get their order.
I want this place to be a regular go-to as the location is convenient, but it cannot be predicted how much time is wasted waiting for the staff to remember what’s going on.
