Blue Bird Cosmic Sushi offers the specialty rolls, fresh, healthy sushi. We also have vegan option for sushi. We have Vegan option with fully and separate menu also. We are a small family restaurant. Our chef Nicky, is working in a famous japanese restaurant as a sushi chef for more than 14 years experiences. She loves cooking and making healthy rolls for mindfulness consumers. Tasty and quality is the top priority of ourrestaurant.

Stopped by Bluebird Haus Sushi in Long Beach the other day. It’s a neighborhood spot with a relaxed vibe. We got the Mixed Tempura, Broadway Roll, Sashimi Assortment, and Unagi Don. The Unagi Don was probably my favorite overall, but the sashimi really stood out — super fresh and the chunks were generous, some of the best I’ve had recently. Tempura and the Broadway Roll were solid too, well-prepared and satisfying. Service was friendly and the pace was easy, so it felt comfortable the whole time. Overall, it’s a dependable spot if you’re in the area. Quality sushi, good portions, and a chill place to grab a meal.

It’s my first time trying this sushi restaurant and everything was very delicious especially the Atlantic rolls(baked salmon). The service was also excellent. Staff who took care of us was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend!!

We always choose restaurants based on Google ratings and this one had a 4.6 according to Google. It was much better!!!!!
There were three of us and we ordered various dishes. These included tempura with prawns and vegetables, gyoza, bowls and sushi rolls.
The super friendly waiter told us that his fish comes from a Japanese trader, so all the ingredients are very, very fresh. Everything was beautifully presented and served very quickly. However, it has to be said that we only had one other guest in the restaurant. The waiter also gave us at the expense of the house 3 pieces of salmon with a special sauce from fusion Thai-Japanese cuisine.
We would recommend this restaurant 100% because of the very tasty food and the outstanding service!

Excellent spot for sushi in the neighborhood. Loved the monstrosity they called a Baked Salmon Avocado with eel sauce appetizer. It was insanely great (first photo). I got the caterpillar roll and it was really great.

I ordered takeout at Blue Bird Haus on a Friday evening. I ordered online and received quick confirmation and my order was ready fairly quickly as well. It’s surprisingly difficult to find sushi places that serve vegan rolls other than avocado/cucumber rolls. Blue Bird Haus has a wonderful selection of vegan rolls, ramen, and appetizers, and more. I ordered the V-Alaskan roll and veggie egg rolls. It was so delicious and filling. FYI it does come with pickled ginger and wasabi and the V-Alaskan is 8 rolls. While delicious, it is pretty expensive but that’s to be expected as plant-based alternatives are usually pricey. Either way, this place is delicious and I definitely recommend it.

This was the best vegan sushi I have ever tried. There are so many options, more than most places that offer vegan sushi have. I ordered the mini mix and match vegan rolls and they were so cute and delicious. The crunchy tofu roll was also so good. The atmosphere was really pretty and the ladies working here are SO sweet. I wish I lived closer, I would come here all the time.

Hands down some of the best sushi I have ever tried! Absolutely love their fresh roll. When I lived in LB this was my go to spot for sushi and now that I have moved away, its still my go to spot for sushi! The vegan options for sushi were amazing as well. The shop is tucked on Broadway and it can be easy to miss, and parking is not great (just like anywhere else in that area) but I guarantee it is worth it.

This place is a hidden gem that I wish had more recognition for what they offer. So many vegan sushi rolls and they’re always so delicious, i crave it. I’ve brought so many family and friends to this place and we always leave so satisfied for both our bellies and wallets. The prices are reasonable for the value and amount of food you recieve !!! Huge perk is They’re open late and I feel like that’s rare in LB. the staff is always so sweet. I love this place.

I have become a regular here and for good reason. They have the bombest vegan sushi + the sweetest people that work here. It’s also such a compromise to come here with friends as half of their menu is non-vegan so everyone wins. I am happy to have a vegan sushi spot nearby and it always hits the spot… the salmon roll is my absolute fave and don’t forget to walk out with some garlic chili oil from Spicy Kitchen on your way out!
