We came here because it was highly rated for the chili spaghetti that Cincinnati is famous for. The only thing good about this place is the service. Like I would give 6 stars if I could. Our server was super upbeat, very honest about what is good and pointedly bad on the menu, and checked on us frequently.
The positives end there. Right as we walked in the entrance, a strong bathroom smell came at us. Fried jalapenos aside, the food was lackluster. Flavors were all too similar and textures were all too soft. Like this is food for people who can’t chew.
We tried a bunch of different items on the menu. Our server was spot on about what was palatable and what should have been a hard pass. I would not come here again.

Popped into this little place not having any expectations and left having found a new favorite spot! We sat in the booths along the wall around 3:30p and our waiter was FANTASTIC. Super chill dude, energetic and made us feel like family. Food was great, in our opinion better than Skyline! 10/10 will be eating here again.

The food was fantastic, mushroom & swiss and cheese fries. The place looked new and very clean. Inside the door was a large selection of desserts. The menu was vast with quite the variety. All of the employees seemed to work well together and were polite. The only thing I thought was too much was the price of a pop.

Great 1st time experience! I was in the area, staying overnight about 10 minutes away. Food was delicious. Ordered takeout and everything went very well. Chopped Italian ready quickly and was still “like new” when I got back to the hotel.

My family and I dine here at least once a week, and the food rivals that of any New York deli! The staff is truly exceptional, and my son enjoys their company just as much as they enjoy his. I’ve spotted some well-known personalities dining here, including local celebrities, who seem to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. When friends visit from out of town, this is always our go-to spot!

Terrible customer service. Picked up a to go order. BLT was ordered, got a sandwich with sourdough and bacon only. Was told that it came that way because I selected Mayo Only, so they did not add lettuce or tomato, but by that line of logic I should have gotten no bacon either, should have just been bread and mayo. No mayo, no lettuce, no tomato. Makes no sense. Burger was ordered with American cheese and bun, came with all toppings anyway, which were not wanted or needed and if selecting mayo only for the BLT made it not get lettuce or tomato, shouldn’t only picking cheese on the burger mean no additional toppings? But yeah, somehow I ordered incorrectly. Fries have a human hair in them. When I called the restaurant they were not helpful at all and told me it was all my fault for ordering wrong. Attached a picture of the receipt to show how it was ordered. Makes no sense and the manager literally hung up on me. Just insane to blame a customer, also maybe fix your online ordering SINCE IT MAKES NO SENSE. Hope you all have the life you deserve!!
