Diner-style fixture for double-decker sandwiches & Cincinnati-style chili in multiple combinations.

Better than Skyline or Gold Star. The menu has a little bit of everything. Sweet tea is brewed fresh and its great. I ordered the hot chili (I forgot the name). Not only is the cheese spicy, but the noodles are too! I also got a slaw dog A+ and a chili slcheese dog A+. Great food. Will definitely be back

4-Way – Nashville Hot Twist is a bold upgrade to the classic. The spaghetti and signature chili deliver the familiar comfort you expect, while the Nashville Hot twist adds a steady, flavorful heat that builds. The generous layer of shredded cheese melts perfectly into the chili, balancing the spice with richness. A strong option if you want the tradition—with a kick.

First time ever trying Blue Ash Chili. An $11 gyro is smaller than my hand, and I’m 5’7″. Tasted ok enough, but has no business costing $11. The cheese coney’s were alright. Not bad, but nothing special. They were very neutral tasting, not unique enough of any type of flavor to be on a Gold Star, Skyline, Pleasant Ridge Chili, or Camp Washington chili kind of level. 2 cheese coneys and that tiny gyro was $18. Tried it once, but won’t go back. Would rate value at a 0.

Blue Ash is everything a local restaurant should be. The food is delicious, and the servers treat you like family. Having earned a spot on diners, drive-in’s, and dives, Blue Ash is very much in the diner category. The chili here is some of the best you will find. The chili dog’s are very satisfying. Though there is plenty of variety. This is a must when visiting the greater Cincy area, worth making a detour for. 100% recommend!!

Great atmosphere. Service was very fast and friendly. I had a small 2-way and coney dog. I can’t say that the chili is my absolute favorite, but I did want to try it as an out of towner and would definitely eat here again.

best burgers and sandwiches around. i have gotten the black and blue burger twice this week alone. Great vibes, great food, great desserts. never have I ever left unsatisfied. favorites are: cheese coney dog, black and blue burger, philly cheesesteak, and a slice of their lemon cream pie for later. Will be back, again and again.

It has history, it has a visitation by a famous fat man that likes food on the menu. It will likely be full during lunch. It serves a little too much of everything, but you’ll not leave hungry. The parking block shared with other eatery’s so it can be a bit parking pogo.

We are from Chicago and big foodies. Made a stop here specifically to try Cincy-chili. The 6 way is THE way to go. Also loved the slaw dog. Desserts are excellent too! Staff are all so sweet and stopped by our table to chat often. You won’t be disappointed – add Blue Ash Chili to your list!

When I come to Cincinnati, I couldn’t miss this dish especially for me, Cheese Lover.
I had Mild 5 Way and Cheese Coney.
It’s very good balance of mild chili, cheese, and crackers.
Just Tasty!
Also, thanks for friendly staffs, atmosphere is good as well.
Definitely come again!

Brussel sprouts?! Yup! Walked in and found a Fall Specials menu on the table so I had to sample a few of them. Brussel sprouts we pretty yummy with the crispy bacon and Parmesan cheese. I also sampled the Gobbler! Mini turkey sliders with dressing, gravy, and craisins! One of my fave post Turkey Day leftovers and it really hit the spot! Kudos to whoever decided to put these on the menu! Definitely need to go back and sample a few more of the Fall Menu items!
