If you have lot of time to waste then you can come here for pickup. Normally they take 5-6 hours to load you. I am here from 5 hours still half trailer loaded and the guy came to me told me you almost done it was happen hour ago.

Their food is tasty. I gave only 2 stars because of their high sodium foods. These are not heart healthy meals so be aware. Because of the meals being so high in sodium, I am no longer able to order from them. On the last shipment from them, a meal was busted open and I requested credit to my card and they wouldn’t do it. Even though, I requested credit to the payment method which I used to purchase the meals, they would only give me a credit to the Blue Apron account. It didn’t matter that knowing I can’t order any future meals of their products do to high sodium contents, the would not issue me a refund. Please be aware of their nutritional value on the wellness meals and their policies before ordering.

After 8 years of giving this company I’m done. It started out great with amazing recipes, high quality ingredients and excellent customer service. I’ve the years, it morphed into a company who tells you that the box full of warm food and warm raw meat with the completely melted and warm ice packs that was a day late being delivered should be fine to eat and that their not refunding a penny of your $70. I was thrilled with every meal—they were all so delicious! Unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription because it was too much food for me, and some of it would spoil. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this service. I absolutely love it!

The recipes are generally pretty good and the delivery system works well. Value is okay, but if you enjoy cooking and expanding your skillset, I’d say it can be worthwhile.
My issue with the company is that they’ve had several occasions where they unilaterally changed the meals that they sent without any notice AFTER they billed my account for it. They also unilaterally changed the length of time you had to edit your order before it became finalized, also without providing any notice. So buyer beware – you have no idea what you’re paying for when it comes to Blue Apron.

Not bad place. It has a ton of room to back and places to park. It is kinda out of the way but that is not always bad. The reason for the 3 star is two fold. First the f@#*&$g cars. I have never seen so many vehicles that are driving through an active loading area and they do not care that a rig is backing up. They just go behind you. I had to slam on my brakes at least 3 times and that was after sounding my big boy horn. Second, the security at this place. Guard to let you in the gate followed by one that observes you walking up to sign in. You have to be escorted everywhere, including to the bathrooms which BTW are an outside stand alone building.

I did not mind the meals, though they were fairly heavy. What I detest is that this is one of those companies that makes it impossible to cancel your account conveniently. If you provide good service you should not have to make it hard to cancel. I emailed to cancel after I lost my job. Two times and never got a reply, had to pay for a meal that I didn’t skip because I thought I had cancelled. Could have really used that money for bills, being unemployed. Finally had to call, talked to a very intoxicated person- not sure what but, wow!- hopefully my account is canceled after that pleasant 28 minute phone call. PS- Hello Fresh has better meals and you can easily cancel because they don’t need to use trickery. I find that so deceitful that I do not do business with companies that do that. I will be spreading the negative about Blue Apron and the positive about Hello Fresh, who trust that I know if I need to cancel my account and give me the tools to do so. Shame on you, blue apron. I’m sure you needed that $50 more than I did.
