We had an amazing experience at this steakhouse. The interior is absolutely beautiful—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The lighting alone sets the mood; it’s warm, dramatic, and perfectly balanced. Every detail of the décor feels intentional and upscale. Even the bathrooms deserve a mention—they were stunning, wrapped in soft pink tones with gorgeous lighting that felt chic and unexpected. It’s one of those places where the ambiance elevates the entire dining experience. As for the food, we all ordered the filet mignon, and it was outstanding. The steak was incredibly soft, perfectly tender, and bursting with flavor. The staff and our server (young lady but can’t remember her name but have a picture of her) was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Loved the place!!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Blu’s Steakhouse in Hollywood, FL. We started off with the sliders as an appetizer, which were cooked to perfection- juicy, flavorful, and a great way to kick things off. For my main course, I opted for the Australian filet mignon, cooked beautifully and incredibly tender. The cauliflower side turned out to be a pleasant surprise; well-seasoned and a perfect complement to the steak. I’m definitely looking forward to returning.

I had the 22oz steak and it was so delicious and perfectly cooked at medium. My steak was accompanied by the creamy spinach which was equally as delicious and the Truffle Mac and cheese. I also had the creamy brûlée and my oh my I wanted to order a second one. The blueberry cocktail was also absolutely delightful! Everything was delicious minus the truffle Mac and cheese. To me it lacked flavor and there was hardly any cheese for a Mac and cheese.

We were searching for the best steakhouse in Hollywood and found Blu Steakhouse. I ended up getting the lamb but my husband got the bone-in ribeye and both were amazing and cooked perfectly! What really blew me away though was the service. These days it’s so hard to find. When we go out, the food is only half the battle, if the service is lacking it ruins the whole experience.
The staff here really went above and beyond. We can’t wait to go back.

We went here for my best friend’s Bachelorette dinner last weekend and it was absolutely amazing!! I had called and reserved about a month early and they were extremely thoughtful and kind, and eliminated any stresses the day of! They made her day very special by being so attentive and the attention to detail with surprises throughout dinner was incredible!! It was such a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Came in for the hubby bday . Food amazing “ steaks on point the cocktails amazing I did the blueberry martini “ at first it didn’t start off great due to wait time and communication but the bar staff and owners turn it around big time !!!
