We had a leisurely 5pm dinner with friends on a Monday night in the beginning of August. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all, and only moderately busy when we finally left around 8pm. It was a wonderful dining experience.

OMG! I don’t know where to start. The experience was amazing! Food amazing! Service amazing! Atmosphere amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could. Our server Marquis was totally on point and took great care of us. He was a gentleman, patient, knowledgeable and just over all a great server. We had a lot of the food on the menu, we had multiple appetizers, entrees and cocktails. Everything was fantastic. We met the owner, he came over to our table and sat down and chatted with us. Super cool guy. We loved hearing about how the restaurant came to fruition. Did I mention the skyline? Bottom line, yes I will return and yes I recommend Blu on the Hudson!

The smell when you first walk in says a lot about a place, and Blu smells fantastic. The look of the restaurant was excellent! Little specs of glitter in the air . Sat in a private-style booth that made my husband and I feel so private and intimate. The drinks were beautifully designed, solid, and tasty. The service was flawless. Attention to detail and just a great staff overall. The food!!! The wagyu tacos and crispy rice I could eat daily for the rest of my life were so good. The calamari was so disappointing. It was too sour, if that makes any sense, and the calamari did seem fresh, which was a bummer, so I would recommend skipping that together. The barrata was different. The jam was a bold choice, but it worked and was such a different take on it. Maybe I won’t get that again, but I was excited to try it. Parking sucked. It took us to a garage, then we had to go down, and no signs that pointed us in the right direction. Pro tip: park in the Whole Foods parking lot and walk away from it slightly to the right.

Celebrated my birthday here and was not disappointed! The food was delicious, the drink presentation was stunning, our server was knowledgeable and funny, and the decor was fabulous. Definitely looking forward to my next visit here! My only complaints were the bathrooms weren’t clean and well-stocked, and the music is very loud, so it was difficult to have a conversation.

Looks fantastic from outside. Very newly opened in the front of sea side. Next to UBS financial office and Ruth steakhouse is nearby. Whole Foods is also near by. Opening ceremony will be done soon. See pics for more details thanks final touch in progress

This place is easily one of my faves. The ambience in beautiful, staff was friendly, drinks are creative and delicious and food is fresh and flavorful. I can’t leave out the deserts which are a must try as well there’s always room for deserts 🙂 we tried a bunch of drinks and food and everything was good but my faves (excuse as I forget the official names) the drink with the butterfly as it hits all five senses since they spray something on it, the drink that come in the face cup, the crispy rice, lobster pasta and the s’mores dessert

Beautiful view, yummy food and great cocktail selection. Fresh and modern vibe. This place is right outside the city and there’s a beautiful boardwalk to go on after your dinner. (Or lunch) I highly recommend. My sushi was fresh and exceptional. My steak was cooked to perfection. I have no complaints. I wish I took more pictures !!
