The staff was just absolutely amazing. They treated us as if we were royalty. The food was an extravaganza. The combinations of tastes and textures and presentation. A simple dish like Brussels sprouts became a complex medley of sweet punctuated by the addition of grapes. This simple dish was a journey. This is a must go to spot here!!

My husband is from sicily & we cheat buy focaccia fresh. -ship from balthazar & then put cheese & sauce you cant go wrong. Better small & fresh than large & spongy ps please dont yell at me we did not send the pizza backjust want to help

Absolutely one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I added a picture of the clearly frozen pizza that was $20 on the menu. Honestly can not believe that people come here and spend any sort of money. The wait staff was very nice and was not surprised by how much we disliked our meal. Zach Erdem should be ashamed to have his name on the menu

The service was fine, but the food was awful. By far the worst we’ve had in Southampton. The pizza looked frozen. The zucchini chips were absolutely saturated in oil. My wife ordered a ~$60 filet that came out smothered in gravy and was nearly inedible. It looked like a Hungry Man Salisbury steak. The entire meal was honestly on par with airplane food. I was very surprised given the location, prices, and reviews that our experience was so terrible. The cocktails were ok but not great. We left and got McDonalds after.

Amazing experience at Blu Mar, Myself and friends had dinner here Friday night. Highly recommend the watermelon Margarita. All the staff were very attentive and had a warming welcome for our birthday celebration! Food is incredible! We’l be back soon 🙂

Let’s go on a journey most appalling. Had reservations at 8pm, did not get seated until 9:30. Nary an apology was given. Wait staff took drink orders but they didn’t show up for another 20 mins. Then came the food ordering, which also never appeared at the table. Now by this point it is 10:30. 2 and a half hours past our reservation, no food, only a couple drinks. After finally giving up, we decided to just leave and asked for the bill which had $500 on it for food we never even received and drinks we never received. We thankfully got the bill finagled down to $300. Worst experience of my entire left. We’re from Skaneateles, NY and I’ve never had this experience at The Krebs or Elephant and the Dove. The only bright guiding bright light in this experience was Nico the bartender, what a gem! Never going back here tho.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They actively made you feel like doing the bare minimum or a bad effort at their job was a favor to you. I came here for my bachelorette dinner and upon arrival they told us they should not have taken a reservation of our size (11) and that we needed to wait for them to figure out where to put us. After waiting for 45 minutes at the bar we were then stuffed at a table on the outdoor side of the restaurant clearly unintended for restaurant seating. There were no pretty string lights or heaters, and when we asked if a heater could be brought closer to us (we were ladies all in dresses) they told us no, and to shut us up the manager mentioned “don’t worry, 50% of your bill will be comped” and walked away. The servers for our table were obviously tag teaming us as a side table, and although they were very nice, they forgot some of our drinks and billed us for extra food we did not order. Towards the end of our meal a random manager without the full story of what we just went through told us that the area they sat us was going to turn into a club and we needed to move to another area of the restaurant for dessert. I was not happy to be told that at all, and our server came over to apologize but still asked us to move. We watched as they began to let 18 year old children into the “club” area and the staff appeared to be drunk. At the end when we were given the check we were indeed comped for the three pizzas and 2 dessert plates they randomly sent to our table, and automatically charged 20% gratuity which we doubled (40% tip). The server complained to her manger that our tip was not enough, and did not understand we doubled it from the auto charge… so the manager came over and cursed at us and kicked us out. I think he was drunk too. Overall, I’m surprised people actually go here for a restaurant experience, but it became clear they must make all their money on their night time illegal “club” of 18 year olds.
