Blu Kouzina is bringing its signature, wholesome Greek cooking to the Sunshine State after gracing for the past five years Singapore’s culinary scene. The acclaimed restaurant, born out of the founders’ passion for the food of their native Greece and their love of sharing a hearty, family meal with friends, has set up a second home in Sarasota. I’m writing this review especially to thank Martina.
We were visiting from Tampa when we walked by this Greek restaurant. The dishes looked amazing, and even though we didn’t know reservations were recommended, we really wanted to try the food.
Martina welcomed us with exceptional kindness and professionalism. She made us feel comfortable right away my husband, our two kids, and myself and her service truly made our experience special.
The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavor and beautifully prepared. We’re so glad we stopped by.

Comfort food done right. We ordered the GF Pita and hummus and the Gemista and Lamb Ribs. Everything was delicious and so plentiful. Relaxed atmosphere is inviting and comfortable.

From start to finish, our experience at Blu Kouzina was exceptional! We ordered a wide variety of dishes, and each one exceeded our expectations.
The Greek salad was fresh and flavorful, the Saganaki was perfect, with the fig jam adding an extra layer of sweetness, and the fried artichokes were absolutely delicious. The stuffed red pepper with cheese was bursting with flavor, and the lamb chops were perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender. We also loved the beef tenderloin and chicken Kalamaki, both grilled to perfection and full of flavor. The scallops were beautifully seared and had a delicate sweetness. For dessert, we had the orange cake, baklava, and rice pudding, all of which were fantastic!
A big thank you to Theo, Martina, and Lucca for their outstanding service–truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
We are beyond excited to check out their new location soon and can’t wait to return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot for anyone craving top-notch Greek cuisine and fantastic service!

If you are looking for a great place to eat in St. Armands Key, Blu Kouzina is a cool, modern take on Greek, but they have traditional options too. I loved that they had the wooden board plates for the meat dishes. My husband ordered the moussaka, which came in its own baked bowl, like it was made to order, just for him. We tried several dishes from appetizers to main dishes- i had the chicken, which was essentially a full Cornish hen that was so succulent and tasty.

Large selection of food items and the menu clearly states all allergen options with a logo for the allergens so it was very easy to read for some of our gluten intolerant guests.
Our party thought the cold and hot appetizers tasted better than the entrees, they were delicious. I had an issue with my main entree and the waitstaff were quick to fix it and the kitchen was able to re-make my plate immediately they were very kind.

They are back and better than ever! We were cracking lamb chops and they did not disappoint. Cooked to my preferred temperature which was perfection! The sides of roasted potatoes and fried seasonal veggies were the perfect pairing. Speaking of pairing the bottle of buketo was the best partner for this meal.
Finally my husband got the veal special adorned with a lovely salad that I stole half of!

My friend has severe gluten allergy and this restaurant has SO many options for her to choose from, she even had her first GF pita wrap, she was so excited.
Wifey & I got the Lemonatto Lamb and grilled octopus and lemme tell ya each dish was a knockout.

Never fails to impress. This gem has elegance, atmosphere and food to die for. I walked out feeling like I was leaving Greece. This is a must stop when in Sarasota.

Felt like I was in Greece. Wonderful options and large portions. Our group got multiple appetizers to share and each one was amazing. Everyone loved their meals – mousakka, grilled fish, pork chops and the lemon potatoes to name a few. The rice pudding was great. Would highly recommend.
