Blu Blends has truly been the highlight of my summer! They’ve had a smoothie for every mood and I love that they aren’t made with ice as a filler. This place is a lovely little gem in Alpena! I had the Coffee Mocha Smoothie, and it was refreshing and perfectly sweet – you can actually taste the delicious agave! The owner was so welcoming and kind, and your order is out in no time at all. She will even come find you if you wander off shopping in the Commons!

We went here yesterday for the first time and the lady working there was so nice! She made little kid smoothies for my kids even though it wasn’t on the menu yet. My smoothie was absolutely delicious! She was quick to make them! We will definitely be coming back before summertime ends. I do have to say I thought it was a little overpriced, but your getting fresh fruit and in todays economy, we all know groceries are expensive. So it is worth every single penny! We can’t wait to come back!
