We do not get many chances for adult time. As we were in Simsbury, we decided to see if there were any interesting brunch locations. I saw the fluffy pancakes and I was sold. Upon entering, the hostess was pleasant and sat us immediately. Or waitress came over shortly after seating which made us know we’re were in the right place. There were so many great things on the menu it was hard to decide, so we went with 3 options. I had to stop hubby cause he wanted to order everything in sight I had chicken and waffles, and souffle pancakes he ordered eggs with toast, bacon, sausage, hash and asparagus. I wanted to cry how everything was so delicious. The pancakes did not disappoint. It was like eating flavored air. The waffles were good and the chicken was crispy and tender inside. The hash I loved but hubby preferred the American hash. All in all, everything was soooooo good. We will definitely come back to try my favorites and a few more.

Wow!! This was an hour’s drive from home and worth every minute. The food was phenomenal, and the soufflé pancakes were amazing! I also highly recommend their version of chicken and waffles. The service was great and the interior has a cozy vibe. Great music as well. Already planing a return visit.

Came here like most people to try the Japanese soufflé pancakes and they were incredible! I got the apple crumble flavor which was available that day and the flavors were balanced so perfectly. The only downside was that the portions felt very small for the price. The airiness of these types of pancakes already make them not very filling in general, but to have the size of them also be so small was not ideal. The matcha latte and ube matcha latte were very good as well!

The place was beautifully decorated with a lovely “plants” theme, which I absolutely loved. I ordered the Blossom Brekkie and Soufflé Pancakes. The asparagus was prepared in a unique and delicious way—quite different from how we usually cook it. The hash browns were shaped into patties with a wonderful flavor. And the pancakes simply melted in my mouth! Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely love to come back.

The entire experience was 10/10! Not only was the food delicious and fresh but the service was also excellent and the presentation alone deserves its own stars!!! Our waiter was so attentive and warm with us. And he made some delicious lattes for us! The decor inside is gorgeous and gives such a calm vibe. We can’t wait to go back I highly recommend.

This is definitely the kind of cafe you can go to and romanticize your life. It’s beautiful, clean, aesthetic, and the large windows let in a lot of sun. I loved the live plants all around the space. The food was good, I liked seeing the blend of asian and American breakfast foods. I would say it’s a bit on the pricey side but I’m happy to pay more for a local business, plus the wonderful ambiance inside. Service was fast and my waiter was very kind and attentive. I’m sure I’ll be back! 🙂

Love this place, it’s the perfect brunch spot! $1 shots can be added to your drink. Cutest cups that I wish I had at home, lol. We each got Japanese souffle pancakes and bulgogi beef breakfast sandwiches. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is beautiful, the place feels intimate while receiving the perfect amount of light throughout the entire restaurant. I really wanted a side of lotus root chips but we had to go. Highly recommend!

Super cute/cozy environment with an elevated feel. Our waitress was funny and personable. The food and coffee were AMAZING. Definitely worth the trip here and can’t wait to go back!

Tried the souffle pancakes (seasonal was strawberry) and they were delicious – I loved them! Also really enjoyed our coffee drinks, I got the tiramisu latte and my husband tried the espresso lemonade which he loved. It’s also decorated very nicely inside and the service was 10/10.

Was satisfied with most of our food, especially the soufflé-pancake and the Korean breakfast sandwich. Bloody Mary was meh (and no garnishes). Will come back for sure, though. Prices are reasonable.
