I really loved the luxurious Asian-themed interior from the moment I stepped in.
There were four of us, so we ordered two Peking Ducks, Walnut Shrimp, and Beef Chow Fun Noodles.
The Peking Duck was beyond my expectations and absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the combination of the crispy skin and the tender meat, and the thin wraps were also so good. The Walnut Shrimp was excellent as well; the shrimp were large and high-quality, the aroma was rich, and the sauce was incredibly tasty. The Beef Chow Fun Noodles were on the average side.
The main drawback was that the service didn’t feel particularly friendly, but because of the wonderful Peking Duck, I want to give it five stars. I definitely want to visit again!

Blossom. Good name for a Chinese restaurant as the words have many meanings.

Was in Vegas for business and was late and one of the few places walkup was available.

Ordered the spicy chicken, wonton soup, beef with portobello mushrooms, fried rice with Chinese Sausage, BBQ pork and Jasmine tea to sip on.

Plenty of food and we ate family style. The chicken was spicy and had a tingling sensation,. Wonton soup was very good and the presentation of the ingredients was top. Rice was cooked to the right texture. The beef was my favorite. Great flavor and tender. I was disappointed in the BBQ pork.

The pork had great flavor, but my disappointment was the pork was very chewy. Had to use a fork and knife to cut. Could have been roasted a lot longer to get that tenderness you expect.

Service staff was great. Fast, made good recommendations and very friendly. Staff spoke Manderin and English. Cook is from the Cantonese area and one of my favorite area for Chinese food.

Very good experience and wood go back.

Blossom restaurant in Las Vegas is tucked away in a corner off of the Aria Resort Casino floor. The upscale Chinese restaurant offers traditional dishes like Peking Duck along with more exotic creations like spicy wok-fried scallion veal cheek with cilantro and jalapeño; Indonesian spicy coconut curry lobster tail; and Dungeness crab and king crab. The beautiful restaurant has an intimate and elegant decor and provides a nice, quiet escape from the bustling casino floor. The service we received for dinner was exceptional. Our Servers were super attentive, professional, and knowledgeable.

Kudos to Jane. Thanks for a great dinner!

Blossom’s large menu features both authentic Cantonese/Hong Kong-style dishes and Americanized Chinese classics. Portions are designed for sharing so for dinner, we ordered the salt and pepper squid (Crispy Fried Floured and Minced Garlic, Fresh Chili, Shredded Daikon) which was just ok and the shiitake mushrooms (crispy fried, wok-tossed with sweet vinaigrette sauce, shredded daikon) which was amazing to start. Our entrees included mongolian beef (beef, asparagus, bell peppers, celery, white beech mushrooms, scallions, fried vermicelli noodle, medium spice), the crispy fried flounder filet, lobster fried rice (lobster tail meat, eggs, fresh diced chili, XO meat sauce) and pan-fried, garlic pea greens (also amazing).

The prices are fairly expensive, but feel the ambiance, food quality, and great service was worth paying up. Skip the buffet one night and stop by Blossom for an incredible dining experience.

We celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday in a private room, and it couldn’t have been more special. The food was outstanding, and every guest left saying they couldn’t wait to come back. Dessert was a revelation—I tried flavors I’d always avoided before and realized just how much I’ve been missing out.

We went for dinner on the 24th. Although the suggested dress code was business casual many were dressed in hoodies and slacks. Personally we had worn more formal clothing. The food was average. I have had better tasting Cantonese food at less fancier outlets. The service was average. The only saving grace was the ambiance and convenience given that we were staying at the Aria

Yes, I went on July 4th and ordered the Peking duck. And yes, I understand it was a busy night—but I still expect solid service from a high-end Chinese restaurant. The duck carver prepped wraps for a large Chinese family nearby but told the two of us to make our own. Why? Because I’m Chinese? Sometimes it feels like Chinese people can be weirdly rude to other Chinese people… or maybe that was just me.

The food was great. The drinks were solid. But this is Vegas—there are hundreds of amazing restaurants. If your service doesn’t hold up, even on a busy night, that’s on you.

Great experience at Blossom. Had one of the back rooms booked for our party with a family style tasting menu..not cheap. Large lazy Susan on table to allow you to easily access the rounds of food. Great appetizers and great Peking duck served many ways with some lobster thrown in to boot. Lobster was hard to eat but flavorful. Fruit and ice cream at the end that was unlike anything I have tried. Great night, wonderful service.

We loved our experience and food! I like food spicier than my husband so asked for chili sauce and some soy sauce peppers to add to my dishes. It was a perfect way for us to share and both be happy with the spice level. Our service could not have better. We will be back.

The restaurant is always clean, and the stylish interior creates an elegant atmosphere.
Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, and I’m impressed each time I visit.
On top of that, the staff’s warm and thoughtful service makes the entire experience truly pleasant from beginning to end.
I’ve already been there about five times, and every visit has been thoroughly satisfying.

We came here for dinner after a flight was able to get last second reservations. The wait staff was fantastic. We had Beef Chow Fun and Ma Po Tofu enough to share between two people it was good. I absolutely loved the decorations of the restaurant.
