There were four of us, so we ordered two Peking Ducks, Walnut Shrimp, and Beef Chow Fun Noodles.
The Peking Duck was beyond my expectations and absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the combination of the crispy skin and the tender meat, and the thin wraps were also so good. The Walnut Shrimp was excellent as well; the shrimp were large and high-quality, the aroma was rich, and the sauce was incredibly tasty. The Beef Chow Fun Noodles were on the average side.
The main drawback was that the service didn’t feel particularly friendly, but because of the wonderful Peking Duck, I want to give it five stars. I definitely want to visit again!
Was in Vegas for business and was late and one of the few places walkup was available.
Ordered the spicy chicken, wonton soup, beef with portobello mushrooms, fried rice with Chinese Sausage, BBQ pork and Jasmine tea to sip on.
Plenty of food and we ate family style. The chicken was spicy and had a tingling sensation,. Wonton soup was very good and the presentation of the ingredients was top. Rice was cooked to the right texture. The beef was my favorite. Great flavor and tender. I was disappointed in the BBQ pork.
The pork had great flavor, but my disappointment was the pork was very chewy. Had to use a fork and knife to cut. Could have been roasted a lot longer to get that tenderness you expect.
Service staff was great. Fast, made good recommendations and very friendly. Staff spoke Manderin and English. Cook is from the Cantonese area and one of my favorite area for Chinese food.
Very good experience and wood go back.
Kudos to Jane. Thanks for a great dinner!
Blossom’s large menu features both authentic Cantonese/Hong Kong-style dishes and Americanized Chinese classics. Portions are designed for sharing so for dinner, we ordered the salt and pepper squid (Crispy Fried Floured and Minced Garlic, Fresh Chili, Shredded Daikon) which was just ok and the shiitake mushrooms (crispy fried, wok-tossed with sweet vinaigrette sauce, shredded daikon) which was amazing to start. Our entrees included mongolian beef (beef, asparagus, bell peppers, celery, white beech mushrooms, scallions, fried vermicelli noodle, medium spice), the crispy fried flounder filet, lobster fried rice (lobster tail meat, eggs, fresh diced chili, XO meat sauce) and pan-fried, garlic pea greens (also amazing).
The prices are fairly expensive, but feel the ambiance, food quality, and great service was worth paying up. Skip the buffet one night and stop by Blossom for an incredible dining experience.
The food was great. The drinks were solid. But this is Vegas—there are hundreds of amazing restaurants. If your service doesn’t hold up, even on a busy night, that’s on you.
Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, and I’m impressed each time I visit.
On top of that, the staff’s warm and thoughtful service makes the entire experience truly pleasant from beginning to end.
I’ve already been there about five times, and every visit has been thoroughly satisfying.
