Tucked into a little strip just off Woodward with office buildings all around, this suburban deli is probably the antithesis of a NYC deli: quiet, relaxing, more like a coffee house with food instead. They do a heck of a takeaway business as I found out while I ate in.
An avuncular gentleman greeted me well before I made it to the counter. Great sense of humor, too. He joked with the other staff when not waiting on customers.
I ordered a full Chicken Greek grilled wrap. Everything is available as full or half. Full wraps are $13, halves are $10. The other sandwiches are similarly priced.
Only had to wait a couple minutes for my sandwich to be made.
It was mildly flavored, the Greek/Italian dressing & feta really the only flavor involved. No olives, lots of iceberg and some tomato accompanied the chicken, as well. A touch dry, too.
Plenty of seating if you want to stay. They even have electrical outlets under benches so you can recharge your electronic leash, I mean, cell phone.
There is a restroom but you have to go into the kitchen to get there.

We went in the evening, Los Gatos, pretty crazy it was as amazing as the Deli food. This place is my top go to.

Long wait for a take out sandwich. Ordered turkey Reuben, which is my “go-to” at new places. Only other people were the children of employees/owner? A couple of people did come in while i was waiting. Took the sandwich home before opening container. One very thin slice of turkey, could not taste it. Thin slice of cheese and a little dressing. The only thing I could really taste was the sauerkraut which was overwhelming. Bread was good, I have to say but, even that was hard to taste over the sauerkraut. Will not be returning and do NOT recommend.

standing waiting on my order for 23 min, the heavy set lady working just walks back and forth and says “few min” then doesn’t bag the food.
It’s unbelievably rude and inconsiderate, people only have certain times for lunch, and standing around waiting for mediocre food isn’t worth it.

Order the Turkey club. It came with 2 very thin slices of Turkey. 2 very thin slices of tomato a bunch of lettuce. And old cold strip of bacon. And old bread and I was charged extra for a pickle. Worst turkey club sandwich i’ve ever had. Bar none! Extremely overpriced for what you get.
