LOVE this place! The girls who work here are so sweet! I come easily 1-2x a week and I’m a lotus girl and multiple of them have my order memorized. Much appreciated when I’m in hurry! They also have a rewards system and I’ve gotten a free drink from it. Highly recommend.

Great experience; awesome avocado toast, coffee & they even support a local nonprofit!! Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable & they have a ton of milk alternatives, even vegan butter for the fresh avocado toast. The menus are easy to read & so cute!! Lots of options. Love this place!

I have come to realize, I am a picky, coffee snob. I wish I could drink anything and be fine with it, but I cannot. I had to work early and needed coffee. I was a few blocks away from Bloom and it popped up first on my search. We decided to try it out. After I took my first sip, I audibly gasped! It was SO good!! It’s been over two months since we stopped there and we still talk about how amazing the coffee was! One hundred percent recommend!!! I had a white chocolate americano with no cream. Fantastic !

Sorry, this place was disappointing. For one, customer service wasn’t that great. Second, I didn’t love having to sit there holding this clunky credit card machine after paying while the barista made my drink. Literally for a few minutes having to hold this thing. Not sanitary at all.
Third, I got the most pathetic avocado toast I’ve ever had. I get that I ordered the “simple toast”. But cold smashed avocado on a thin piece of store bought sourdough bread was not worth the price I paid for it.
Wanted to like this place but there’s much better options in town.

$8.18 for a lotus is crazy. Especially when the cup is twice as much ice then liquid. The cup is filled 3/4 the way with ice and 1/4 the way with liquid.
