Bloom Chicken absolutely lives up to the hype. The food was amazing from start to finish — perfectly cooked, crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s a little on the pricey side, but after tasting everything, you understand why.
We ordered the Boneless Heaven and tried five flavors: crispy, soy garlic, sweet and spicy, smoke KBBQ, and citrus honey. Every single one hit. The soy garlic had that perfect savory balance, the sweet and spicy had just the right kick without overpowering the flavor, the smoke KBBQ brought a deep, rich BBQ taste, and the citrus honey added a bright sweetness that rounded everything out.
We also got the Bloom Wings and Bloom Drumsticks, which were just as impressive — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and generously coated in sauce. You can tell they take their frying seriously.
And the onion blossom? A must-order. Golden, crispy, and paired with a sauce that made it impossible to stop eating.
Overall, Bloom Chicken is a spot you go to when you want seriously good chicken. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but the quality, flavor, and portion sizes make it worth it. Definitely coming back.

Such delicious fried chicken, the portions were incredible. The Mac and cheese was buttery and delicious, I loved the breadcrumbs on top. I got the soy garlic click and the gogujang spicy chicken and I would recommend both. We also got the plain chicken and it was extremely flavorful. Also the fries were extremely crispy almost like diner fries. The woman taking our order was extremely helpful and kind as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

I tried their boneless heaven and it was so crispy outside and juicy inside. You get to pick different flavors and my favorite was soy garlic and sweet & spicy. Every bite was so delicious and I would rank this place #1 in bergen county. You really gotta try their wasabi coleslaw! It’s so addictive. Foods were great and staffs were friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely coming back for sure!!

I had the chicken burger and boneless chicken set. The chicken burger was very delicious, generously sized, and came with a lot of fries, which I really appreciated. However, the boneless chicken wasn’t as crispy as I expected—it was a bit soggy. The sauce also didn’t quite suit my taste.
I went to pick up the chicken, and there was a female cashier at the front. She kept changing her hat and had very long hair that was left down. She kept touching her hair while handling the food packaging, which didn’t seem very hygienic. It would be better if she tied her hair back while working.

I have been think of eating here for a while now. I ordered a tray for the first time. Nice and friendly staff. Clean eatery. planty of sitting. I can only mention my opinion on only what I ate. The flavors are very good. My only complaint in the the chicken is too fried. like its mostly breading. That’s my honest opinion. My wife and I ended up drinking a little milk to cut the grease. It takes good but it’s very very unhealthy more than regular fried chicken. Again we are all different. Not sure if I would go back.

So glad Bloom has opened in Cliffside Park. Stopped in and got the soy garlic wings lunch combo that came with truffle fries, a shrimp burger, and also tried the spicy rice cakes. Spicy rice cakes were soft and pillowy on the inside with some crisp on the outside – we liked that it was sauced just right and not too much. Fried Shrimp burger is hard to find outside of Japan or Korea and Bloom’s version was just as tasty as I tried in Seoul. I combined the side of coleslaw into the sandwich as well. Soy garlic wings and truffle fries were excellent and i definitely want to try other flavors and the spicy pork rice bowl next time.

Small, but clean place. There were three tables where you could sit and eat inside, but this place is most ideal as a take-out spot. They have a very small parking lot shared with other businesses, so street parking is the easier option. Food was amazing and made fresh to order and our cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. The pricing is fair for the amount of food they serve, definitely recommend spending extra to get sauces on the side to try them all.

Came here last week for the first time, it popped up on uber eats. I ordered for pick up and the food was so good! The chicken was juicy and cooked all the way through (I’m tired of getting raw chicken at restaurants). The place it’s small but super cute and the staff are super friendly.

Tried the boneless heaven package with came with a choice of 5 different sauce options. The sauce less chicken was really yummy and juicy, so I knew that this was good. My favorite sauce was the miso bbq. The SOS sauce was actually pretty hot but manageable. Still very yummy. Subbed out the fries for tteokbokki and it was so-so. Kind of wish we had the fries instead. The packaging was wonderful as the box had many vents so that the chicken stayed nice and crispy. No sogginess is transport very nice level of crunch.

I was quite happy with my experience here. I ordered a lot of food for a few people, so we got a taste of some of their different menu items. I am generally not a fan of spicy food, so I am not going to fault them for having one flavor that was a bit too spicy for me. As you can see in the picture, we had a nice variety and the food was quite good. I like that they are generous with portions; we ordered truffle fries on the side as well and they stuffed that container up. The soy garlic wings would have to be my favorite, but they all hit the spot for the most part. My only minor compliant was that a few of the pieces were a little dry, but that was not a dealbreaker as the majority was quite good. The fries are nice and crispy just how I like them; overall, I was happy with the amount spent as multiple people were fed. If you like fried chicken and are in the area, I would recommend giving this spot a try. While it is much better than fast food fried chicken, the cost is right there with it as well. I will likely be back.
