Great little independent coffee shop tucked away in a shopping center. I really enjoyed their Americano and their Cuban latte, and their bakery items are delicious as well. It’s a great, low-key environment for meetings or getting work done. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

I stopped in to grab an iced latte and the owner recommended one of the homemade peanut butter bars as a pairing. Both were very delicious! Great vibe to catch up on some afternoon work before heading to a dinner! I’ll definitely be back!

This was close to my hotel and I missed breakfast, so my girlfriend and I went here for some coffee and food. The atmosphere was pleasant and the workers were knowledgeable and polite. The bagel was the best I’ve ever had, definitely homemade— and the coffee was pretty good. I would love to come back here next time I visit Nashville. 🙂

Road trip stop before hitting Nashville – friendly and fast barista – clean + calm atmosphere. Ordered a hot van latte and an iced mocha. Both were delicious, not too sweet and nutty flavor. Really cute shop! Would stop again!

I’ve been coming here for months and can confidently say that they make consistent, quality coffees and provide delicious baked items. Consistency is important to me, especially if I want to frequent an establishment. Their quality blows the likes of the big name brand coffee shops out of the water. I have yet to be disappointed. Some of my favorites are the cinnamon roll and the avocado everything bagel.

They’re a small business and a member of the NFIB Small Business Association. In a time where people are constantly protesting large corporations, what better time to support a local small business? I prefer to spend my hard-earned money at locations such as Bloom & Brew Coffee.

Their staff is always friendly, polite, and professional. From all I’ve been able to tell after dozens of visits here, they work hard to maintain a clean and calm environment for all of their customers. You can often find a few people chillin’ here working on their laptops or having a quiet meeting.

Be sure to pickup their loyalty/rewards punch card for free. It gives you a free coffee after the purchase of nine. Personally, I’d continue to come here regardless of rewards. But it is a very nice perk that makes me feel appreciated.

If I lived near this place, I would be a regular. Loved the vibe. Great service and excellent coffee. There were so many things on the menu I wanted to try, but I stuck with my go to: mocha latte with some cinnamon on top. Excellent flavor and good pick me up as I worked my way to Kentucky. If you are in the area, find this shop. You will not be disappointed

☕ Bloom & Brew is the best coffee shop in Goodlettsville, with great pastries and coffee brewing with an eye for the details. The decor makes you want to stay and hang out and the staff is friendly and upbeat. This was a gem hidden and tucked neck on the side of the building. New go-to spot!

I am a regular customer at Bloom, and I rarely leave negative reviews especially for small businesses but I felt this experience needed to be shared.

I ordered a Busy Bee Latte and asked for almond milk, which was unavailable, as was oat milk. I chose coconut milk instead. When I received my drink, I took one sip and could only taste the milk, with no coffee flavor at all. I went to the counter and let the barista know that something seemed off and asked if it could be remade using regular milk. She agreed without issue.

A couple of minutes later, the manager on duty informed me that I would need to pay for the remake. I agreed, although I was essentially paying for a second drink due to the first one being made incorrectly. After thinking it over, I approached the manager again and explained that I didn’t feel it was fair to be charged twice. She insisted that the drink had been made correctly and stated they couldn’t just give out free drinks.

I explained that I’m a regular customer who comes in often, and I have never asked for anything free. Unfortunately, the interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The experience was disappointing from start to finish, and the staff’s attitude made it worse.

I will not be returning, and I hope the team can improve their customer service for the sake of other guests. A simple cup of coffee should not be this complicated. God bless

I am always looking to find a local coffee shop – support small businesses. Bloom & Brew have not been open long, but they are heading in the right direction. It helps they are next door to my favorite Helahty Body Bakery, too. I had a small coffee, and food items were on the low side, so I went with the peanut butter oat bar, which was a great snack for the day.
