Checking off more breweries, I’m now at Blind Owl for lunch & a pint.
The pint is Grandma’s Finest, a pecan pie Porter. A solid brew in what I feel is an underrepresented style. The darkness scares too many away from a smooth, delicious, easy-drinking style. Just close your eyes and open your mouth.
Since I’m always on the lookout for a good Cuban sandwich, I ordered the CubanOwl (comes with fries).
Sandwich is tasty. Good-sized, a slight variation on the traditional with garlic aoili & not pressed but still a contender.
The fries are a letdown. Half soggy & floppy, half overcooked. I do like that they are unpeeled & not overly salted.
Service was irregular. Quick at sit-down but a long pause between beer delivery & sandwich order. Hit & miss afterwards.
Serious sports bar vibe with lots of TVs around. Music volume was restrained so conversations were still fairly easy.

First time here. You have GOT to start with the warm pretzels with beer cheese. The Southern Santa Fe salad was great and the Elote Chowder was delicious and hot for a cool day. Alyssa was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They have a really good menu selection to cover whatever you might have a hankering for

Stopped in on a whim after shopping near by with a friend. I got a breaded tenderloin and it was delicious. Unfortunately, they were cleaning the beer lines and our server told us after I got a flight of beers. I think because of that they were not cold and one of them quite honestly was just not good. There wasn’t a real resolution to being served mediocre beer, but the server was at least nice.

AMAZING vibes here. We came super hangry and the food arrived literally 5 minutes after we ordered. The espresso martinis taste like dessert and the food hit all the right spots. Mary was our server and she was fantastic. All around amazing place to go. Definitely recommend!

LOVED my experience! Highly recommend the burgers! My family got 3 varieties of medium rare burgers and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned incredibly well. We were hangry and they came out in perfect timing with incredible flavor! Great atmosphere and great for families.

I’ve driven by Blind Owl tons of times but never got the chance to stop in. Finally, we got to make a visit for dinner this weekend.

We arrived a little after 6 PM and they were a little busy but we got a table. The outdoor patio is super spacious with cornhole and bocce ball to play with too! Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive to us.

We got the pretzels as an appetizer, and the pretzel itself was great! The “beer cheese” on the other hand was mediocre and didn’t even taste like it. Wasn’t a big fan of that.

As my entree, I got the Tenderloin with fries due to its popularity. Now what are my thoughts? It was good! It’s not the biggest in size, but the flavors were on point! The fries were also amazing!

Overall, this was a pretty good experience. I’ll definitely make a visit again!

I’ve been here time and time again for great service, good food and well priced drinks.

The atmosphere is a lively classic American brewery with a large outdoor seating an activity area.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It’s not michelin star but the food is all unique and thoughtfully crafted. Plenty of unique options for the whole family.

This is one of the better brew pubs around. They’ve got a solid list of beers, as well as a decent variety of food. I got the chicken tacos which were a great portion size and came with tons of chips and delicious salsa. My wife also enjoyed her macaroni and cheese. We got both a sour beer and pumpkin beer, and both were tasty. The location itself is large, with lots of seating and tons of TVs. They are kid friendly, and our two daughters enjoyed their chicken strips. Service was friendly and relatively quick.

I love this place! Amazing food, great service and good beer! We ordered the pork tacos with mango salsa- 10/10!!! The prime rib sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the Cobb salad was so tasty and filling! I like darker beer so I tried the Comb Honey Comb (I believe it’s called- lol) and it was a brown ale, it was alright! I’d like to try something different next time I go. Totally recommend!
