Not sure I even want to share this place because I’d love to keep it to myself—but it wouldn’t be fair to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet. This spot is a true hidden gem. The Mexican food was incredible, with great happy hour options and entrees that blew us away. We came in just looking for a quick bite, but ended up staying for three hours because everything—from the appetizers to the desserts—was that good. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive the whole time. My friends and I have already decided this will be our new go-to meet-up spot. If you’re looking for authentic flavor, a fun atmosphere, and consistently great food, you can’t go wrong here.

I was very disappointed with the service during my visit tonight. The servers never asked if we wanted to order food, more chips, or additional drinks. Our water glasses were left empty, and instead of checking on guests, the staff spent the entire time standing behind the bar. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. One of the female bartenders was also extremely unfriendly, which only added to the negative experience.
We did order guacamole and queso, which were good, but unfortunately not good enough to come back due to the service. I’m not sure if this was just an off night, but I won’t be coming back to find out. With the lack of good restaurants in Yorba Linda, this was a real disappointment.

Me and my fiancé stopped by here after we visited the Nixon Museum.

We sat on the patio and the server was very friendly and communicative. They brought us chips and salsa which I naturally couldn’t stop eating! Loved it!

I ordered a steak burrito, it’s big so be ready to eat. The steak was flavorful and the rice and beans inside tasted good. The other dish we ordered was Chicken tacos, the meat was cooked well and very flavorful.

We also ordered Tres Leches desert, it was OK. I wouldn’t order it again.

I’ve attached some videos and pictures. Check this place out! The service was good and the environment was good.

The food overall was good. I’ll visit again!

I I’ve lived down the street from the previous Blind Pig and now Blind Coyote ever since they opened. I always thought it was one of those Mexican restaurants where they overcharge for mediocre food, but I’m glad I was wrong!

The ambiance and interior of the restaurant are beautiful. They have large booths and a gorgeous bar. The outside patio was occupied by a large party.

I started with the house margarita, which was tangy and sweet and reasonably priced at $11. For my meal, I opted for the 3-item combo, which included the taquitos, carnitas enchilada, and the Tony’s taco. All three dishes were delicious! The portions were generous for the price. My dad tried the mole and raved about its delicious and flavorful taste. The sauce had a subtle heat on the back end.

To end my meal, I ordered the tres leches to go. It was above average, but not the best I’ve ever had.

This is hands down the best local spot in the area! The drinks are excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor.
Don’t miss their happy hour specials – $7 house margaritas from 11 AM to 3 PM alone make it worth the visit.
It’s rare to find a place that truly checks all the boxes. The staff had perfect timing, checking in on us just when we needed something without being intrusive. We’ll absolutely be back!

Food sucked service was over priced and horrible. Food was very bland and salty and wasn’t hot. We got equites and a combo plate with an enchilada and potato taco. It felt as if it was pre made and heated and served. The potato taco was soggy and tasted disgusting. We ordered churros for dessert and it was frozen from the middle.
Service was horrible. Took forever to flag down server. It’s understandable if it was busy but it wasn’t busy at all. Maybe 2-3 other tables. another server tried to take our plate while we were in the middle of eating.

After standing waiting for bar seats.
I noticed 5 people behind the babar
As looked around I could see people with there checks ready to be rang up. Finally we sat down and waited 10 minutes for someone to come take are drink order.
I casually said to my wife this place has 5 people behind the bar and service is very slow.
The female bar tender turned to me and said I heard that.
I then said I am having a conversation with my wife if you would like to ease drop then that’s on you.
She began to get uptight like she was ready to tell me off. I said to her was there is a lot of people behind the bar.
She gave me a dirty look and said I will be making your drinks next.
I could help notice that the time we spent there all of the people behind the bar where on there 4 th set off shots.
Billy came over to us and said as very polite and was able to accommodate our service.
But for me it was too late. We got are check and headed out
Miss managed this could be a better ran of the manger was doing there job.

Overall, great food with great service! I would recommend ordering the guacamole and chips, extra red salsa for the chips, and the three cheese enchiladas. Great venue as well!

Female bartender was rude. Timing of food was great and the male server was very customer service oriented, but the food is not good. We have tried this establishment when it changed from Pig to Coyote. This is our second try. We will no longer go back. We are locals and there aren’t very many restaurants in the area, so it is sad. We will continue going to Terras

The old menu at the Blind Pig was bad but the drinks and staff were amazing. Now under the Blind Coyote menu the food is outstanding. The guacamole is made tableside, the queso fundido was great and almost like Midwest cheese sauce consistency which was really good, we had the chicken mole and a combo with taquitos, enchiladas etc and they were outstanding. The bar is still the highlight of this restaurant with amazing drinks. The staff is friendly and attentive and the prices are fair for what you get.
