What. An. Experience. Everything about this place was perfect, from the texture of the mac n cheese to the tender crispiness of the immaculate burnt ends. Blind Box is to die for (metaphorically of course, i wouldnt actually die for a simple barbecue restaurant).

I dove into Blind Box BBQ blindly, waving my tastebuds around hoping to find something that they could attach on to. What I stumbled across was a tastefest extravaganza, that would jolt the earth beneath me, and climb the decades long latter to my favorite (regular) wing of all time upon my first foray into their food (we order the wings to start).

Succeeded my expectations. We came here on a whim and had the best time. Our server Nathan was amazing, and while they don’t do things for birthdays he joked that he would sing for me lol. Forgot to take a pic before we started to demolish it. 1000% recommend.

Nice burnt ends: tender, just the right amount of fat, good texture, and good tasting bark. Light on the sauce but a small ramekin of extra sauce was all that was needed. Waffle style sweet potato fries were perfect—cooked just right for a crispy outside (not over cooked though), pleasant texture inside, and perfectly salted…no sauce needed. Shared some 3-cheese Mac balls for an appetizer…amazing . Excellent service, super friendly staff. Clean tables and facilities.

Service was great. We made reservations but didn’t need to. The food portions were good and the taste was the best bbq I’ve had in a long time. Wong Tong appetizer, baked beans, burnt ends, fries.. everything great!! Will be back.

Food was good. P.I.G delicious! I wish there was more access to the sauces. Like bottles on a table so I don’t feel like a burden asking for more than the small dishes they provide. The fries were a disappointment. I am a fry connoisseur and these were marketed “hand-cut”….they were absolutely NOT hand cut. My family’s restaurant had ones similar frozen from a bag. So if that matters to you, skip them and try something else. Mac and cheese is decent but not a stop the car moment either. Honestly the meat is where it’s at here through and through that was the standout. Overall a decent experience I would come back…I would just try some different sides.

The burnt ends dinner was very tender. The Bourbon baked beans were thick and had chunks of meat. I am very picky about my coleslaw, and their house slaw made the list. Thanks Ramsey for your suggestions.
