I dont normally do reviews but this Blimpie deserves it. If I could provide a 10 star review I would! Jaci and TJ provided better customer service then I have ever had at any Blimpie or even high end restaurant!!! They really deserve raises!!!

Fast food and friendly sandwich makers make for a spot that was hidden away. Last time I had Blimpie’s in Augusta was 2005 on base and this one is better. Located in the Circle K, you can get a sandwich at the counter and a Slurpee at the Circle K. Win-Win.

The sub was great, however the sub size is smaller than usual but not the price.
Polite and courteous server.

I had low expectations for a sub shop in a gas station. But dang it was good! I’ll defiantly stop here again.

The staff is nice but horribly disoriented. They do not communicate with each other and allow some customers to jump in front of others causing confusion and frustration.

I ordered a sandwich online and what I received was missing at least half of the ingredients. I also thought ordering online would expedite the process, but I was mostly ignored by the staff and waited for at least 15 minutes. I’ve never felt the need to review a place, but I feel like I really wasted my time and money here. Will not be going back.

Shouts out to the one single mother on shift holding the substation down. She gave me extra sweet peppers.

I just love Blimpie’ subs. They didn’t have all of the ingredients for the grinder sub I ordered, but that’s ok.

I went in, got a large turkey & provolone. The person who helped us was Tay. Both employees were clearly not happy, I can get that. It didn’t bother me. But when Tay started putting the toppings on my sub, I asked for extra vinegar. She did a few lines, I asked for more & said “I’ll tell you when to stop” & she did a little more then stopped. I said “Can I get more vinegar?” She proceeded to tell me “I cant do more than that.” & she threw the bottle in the frontline, shaking her head no. Like EXCUSE ME WHAT?! As someone who works at a sub shop.. I KNOW that you don’t just refuse extra of something because you’re aggravated. Honestly, the attitude is what had me heated. I can understand not having a good day or not wanting to be there but that service was totally unacceptable & that attitude was uncalled for. I wanted to show out but it wasn’t worth my time nor energy to let someone affect my behavior in such a manner. This employee really seemed to just hate her job & if you hate it THAT BAD to refuse more vinegar then she needs to be fired or just go somewhere else. It’s JUST vinegar. I bet she just didn’t want to refill that bottle. I’m a patient person, but everything about that experience was just not pleasant. DO BETTER. That was hands down the worst experience I’ve EVER had at any food place & I don’t cook. I eat out every night. That’s saying something.
