This is the second time I have walked in this location and walked right out. The lady said can we make you a sandwich and I was like I can’t do brown lettuce. She let me continue to walk out instead of saying let me change that lettuce what is up with the brown lettuce I just want a Blimpie sandwich!!!???

They don’t have their own dedicated staff, instead they have that work for the Cold Stone Ice Cream side as well as the Blimpie Subs and Salads side. Also, they won’t allow you to use your Blimpie rewards, whether it’s with your phone or email. I’ve reached out to Blimpie corporate and they said, this should have its own receipt and not one with Cold Stone Ice Cream on it. They are looking into to this as well as reaching out to them manager because as Blimpie says Blimpie Rewards customer shall always be awarded their point, whether or not they order online or in-store.

Blimpie in same space w/ Coldstone Creamery. Clean, service is always good, bread, meats & toppings are fresh. Been visiting for years & no bad experiences. Was serviced by Von today, whom at that moment was working both the Blimpie & Coldstone Creamery counters w/ a positive attitude & a smile. Space can be a bit noisy at times & is often busy during the evening hours. Certainly recommend if your in the Hiram area.

Words can’t explain how much I value this location. As a customer for over 9 years, this Blimpie store has never let me down. On this pass week they hosted sandwiches and chips for the South Paulding girls JV & VASITY basketball team on 2 occasions. The sandwiches were made to perfection and with love. S/O to the managers Noel & Tiffany! You girls ROCK. Thanks to the entire staff for making our pregame meal possible.

It was hard to find because it’s inside of Coldstone but once I realized it was in there I quickly found it. There were two people working when I walked in. They didn’t acknowledge me. I felt ignored. A guy came in after me and they immediately took his Coldstone order. I finally was helped. I ordered a turkey and Provolone sub. It wasn’t as good as I remembered but I did get full.
