Bleu Ginger was a great experience—the venue is beautiful and the food was excellent. Highlights for us were the sushi nachos, bao buns (both tofu and pork belly), scallion pancakes, summer rolls, and pad si ew. Everything was flavorful and well prepared—definitely worth a visit!

Bleu Ginger on Main Street in Mastic is a true gem! As vegans, we were thrilled with the fantastic selection of plant-based options available. We ordered the crispy tofu, spring rolls, sushi, and ramen, and every single dish was absolutely amazing. The ramen, in particular, stood out with its incredibly tasty and lemony broth – so refreshing!
Beyond the delicious food, the ambiance of the restaurant was also wonderful. It created a truly enjoyable dining experience. Even our toddler daughter loved the food, which is always a huge plus!
The location is also incredibly convenient, with street parking available right outside. We highly recommend Bleu Ginger for anyone looking for delicious food, great vegan choices, and a lovely atmosphere. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fabulous service and food. The dumplings were the best we’ve ever found. We tried the Pumpkin Curry and added Roasted Duck, then added the Pork Belly with Thai Basil as well Pad Thai with chicken. All beautiful dishes and very generous. Service was excellent. Highly recommend….

The pork belly Bai bun is excellent. Fresh and delicious. Definitely a keeper.
The gyoza were very good as well. Crispy on the outside while tender on outside.

Erin the server is knowledgeable, super nice and attentive.
Pro tip. Their food selection for happy hour is wide with generous portions and beer and cocktails. They have nice patio in the back with shades, so ask for it on a nice day.

I was invited here by my favorite Mystic, influencer and friend Jean Michael. I’ve eaten here before, and I particularly like the pineapple fried rice. This place does not skimp out on serving sizes in each of the portions is quite generous. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in downtown Mystic. This place is really good for happy hour and one of the bartenders, AOT, has a signature roll named after himself, which you definitely need to try out if you are a sushi fan. Another wok item that I recommend you’d give a try is the signature salmon in their signature ginger sauce. Service is very friendly and attentive with a smile, and I’ve never eaten anything here that I didn’t like. The inside is pretty modern, chic and with hints of maximalist decor. I particularly like the cherry blossom arch inside.

The food was honestly really good. I ordered the bok choy ginger with chicken, my dad had the Japanese curry with shrimp, and my mom got the shrimp teriyaki. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned.
The only drawback was the fruit flies. There were a lot of them, and it took away from the overall dining experience. If it weren’t for that, this would’ve easily been a 5-star stop.

Poke bowl & Riesling were phenomenal! Prices are reasonable. Outdoor patio seating was very relaxing, the service was great & they offered to bring my dog water when I asked if it’s ok that he rest as we ate.

I’ve been here about 4-5 times now. A group of us showed up late to the restaurant before closing time.
We all sat at the bar area. We ordered beers and Kimchi martinis. They have a big selection of various draft beers. Although I feel they have a beer of choice for everyone, I have to agree the beers are not as cold. Spencer was our bartender and he was quick on his feet and very attentive to manage a full bar and 7 new arrivals. He was very funny, attentive and very accommodating.
We were all very happy with our food and service. They were very nice and the place was cleaned and nicely decorated.
