This is the Cajun Italian, and as I expected, the Olive Salad on the sandwich took it over the top in goodness and tasty. Blue Collar Sandwich Co. in Pontotoc weaves culinary magic. Their Mediterranean sando—kalamata bagel, shaved beef, artichoke-feta whip, cucumber-tomato salad—had me praising the heavens pre- and post-devouring, Hoovering it down at a blue picnic table like a man possessed. Cherry Creek peach pudding, so divine I was jabbing voodoo pins into lesser desserts. Felt like Tom Segura, gasping more food than air. Sahara, the pudding maestro, slipped me a gratis strawberry version—same creamy decadence, berry-twist. This spot flips a sly, polished bird to Northeast Mississippi’s sleepy rural eats. Their food truck’s out there dishing the same sorcery. Pontotoc’s feasting far beyond its league. Five stars.

This is hands down the best sandwich I have ever had! The bread was so fluffy and fresh, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the dressing was delicious. 10/10 will be coming back. And those desserts! I’m still thinking about that bar it was soo good!
