Committing fraud via beyond menu, multiple lies, cold food, missing items, rude, hanging up on both me and beyond menu. Ordered from beyond menu, eta delivery 10:00 , called at 10:30 said busy from holiday, no worries. Get in touch again 10:50, my concern at this point is getting cold food, guy assures me it will be hot , and they had just made it (they are 10 minutes away)
11:12 call again and he says hes on the way, boss threw in free pork fried rice, in touch with beyond menu 11:35 to cancel order, owner told beyond menu they already delivered it ( lie and fraud) i call driver, he tells me he went back to restaurant to get the free rice and they made everything fresh and it will be delivered hot. 12:13 ( original order 9:30, original estimate 10 delivery, restaurant 1.2 miles away)
Missing a soup, the one i got was not even filled up, and everything is cold except for the free rice.
Naturally, I did not eat anything. Contact beyond menu but its so late the rep fell asleep
Next day i call beyond menu for a refund, note I provided a pic of the uneaten food last night, they ask for a new pic, i send it, restaurant tells beyond menu they will pickup the food in 1-2 hours. I call the driver/restaurant 3 times no answer. Call beyond menu. Owner told beyond menu they came to me and i ate the food. ( another lie and fraud) beyond menu asks for a pic with the time, i sent multiple pics with the time showing on my 2nd phone.
At this point they restaurant hangs up on beyond menu when they try to address the fraud the owner is committing.
Stay away. They are bad people who think nothing of trying to lie and fraud you and beyond menu.
Far better options, just go to new mang hing, or golden china, only real decent options, man hing delivers, golden china kearny cash only pickup

I have been ordering from this place since 2019. My family really enjoys the food but the delivery service is something to be desired. The delivery drivers always seem to have an attitude. I always tipped 20 to 25% on each order I overlooked the delivery service because the food is good. But I won’t ordering from them again.Today I placed an order on Beyond Menu for some chicken wings, house fried rice a soup and a 2 liter soda ginger ale. But instead the driver brought me a two 16.9 Oz bottles of ginger ale. I would have appreciated the restaurant calling me and giving me the option to change the soda for a another 2 liter option. That did not bother me. But what did bother me was the attitude from the driver. He was very combative, and his response was that the two bottles summed up to five bucks and the 2L soda was three dollars. I did not appreciate that. I have always taken care of them by giving them a good tip. I called the restaurant about the issue but also to tell them I want order from them again! I would rather spend my money somewhere else. ✌️

Guys this place is a front to launder money. Stop buying food here because it’s intentionally made disgusting so people don’t order. This place is consistently empty with no actual sales because that’s what they want. I ordered sweet and sour chicken but there was no chicken found but what was inside the crispy exterior was a greasy goo. The rice tasted old. I trashed it and made a sandwich. Don’t waste your money. No wonder this place was empty.

4-26-23. Blessing used to be awesome. I ordered today, over an hour wait for delivery. The Orange Chicken which I have ordered over 100 times in my life from here and many different Chinese restaurants. This was by far the most disgusting, worst Orange Chicken I have ever had. It was mush. It was like there was no chicken in the flour. It was Un-eatable. The Shrimp Mei fun was taste-less. Finally the crab Rangoon’s were different than normal. All shell , little cheese inside, though what was in the shell was ok.
But overall. I will NOT be ordering from here ever again.

I ordered the food via Beyond Menu at 6:26 PM, which said it would arrive at 6:57 PM. At 6:28 PM, I got a call; they asked what rice I wanted with one of the menus that I ordered.
At 7:05PM, food was not here. I called the place, and he said he’d check and asked me to call back. At 7:30 PM, I called again, and please note the place is just 5 mins drive from my house. Again, he said the delivery man was coming. I told him if the delivery man hasn’t gone yet, I will come to the store to pick it up. But he assured me that the driver is just 2 mins away.
LONG STORY SHORT – the food was delivered at 7:57 PM TO MY NEIGHBOR! The food was lukewarm and the fried wonton I ordered was already stale and cold.

Was told food delivery time was 20 minutes. 1hr 30m later food arrived. Food was extremely cold and tasteless. My 6 year old spit the egg roll out and said this is disgusting. Upon calling store back they blamed the cold winter weather for making the food cold. The owner said the food was cold because we missed driver calling us. Not because he was lost but it was cold outside so he was not getting out of his car to come to the door. I asked the restaurant for reimbursement, but was told I can to drive to restaurant to get hot food. I just ordered from another restaurant and driving in the “cold winter weather”, lol. That’s how foul this food was. Stay away Buyer beware!!!

They have new owners. No longer quality food. Everything served is over cooked, even the wonton soup is terrible. I used to order here faithfully and noticed that the food quality had decreased immensely. The shrimp tastes like freezer burn and you can tell they’re over compensating by adding MORE than the original sauces IE more soy sauce, more rice vinegar…. They’re also very rude , they don’t deliver to the door and will honk their horn repeatedly and tell you to come find them . A complete waste of money. I ordered today just to have to throw everything out. The chicken was rubbery , lo me in was so over cooked that once you tried to scoop it out it was just mush, THEY EVEN SENT A WHITE RICE THAT SOMEONE ELSE ATE YOU COULD SEE THE SPOON MARK WITH ???? I’m going to say general Tso sauce in it LMAOOO I’m laughing this off but seriously just avoid at this point. New Owners….Horrendous quality unfortunately .

Ordered using Beyond Menu app. 2 hours and 15 minutes later my food arrived. They wouldn’t cancel or refund my credit card. Received 5 different phone calls saying they were on there way. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be condemned. Food horrible, service atrocious. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this hell hole
