The service was good. The food tremendous. The establishment a bit tiny. I visited and ordered a large jerk chicken. And yes it was large! And yes, it was JERK. Too often of late I find myself having jerk with no spice, but today Bless Up answered the bell. The macaroni is fair. Not paying $5 again for it but it was definitely good. I’ll be going back again for sure. That chicken is falling off the bone!

I usually always go here and I will give it a 10 out of 10 but today I’m not sure this was awful. The food was nasty. This right here scares me to make me think that it won’t be good anymore. The food was overly salted and overly seasoned there was no spice or anything And not to mention this is not my first time here so I know how their food taste but today my food was awful. I really wish I could receive a refund especially with oxtails being so expensive spending $30 on a meal that was overly salted and overly season. I’m not sure if I will be back again.

I visit bless up almost every week and i’m pleased with my food each time. My go to meals are the spicy jerk or curry goat. Today i decided to give the oxtail a try and couldn’t believe how good it was. The host and cook are very friendly and sweet as well. I will always support and recommend this restaurant.

The best Caribbean cuisine in Cleveland, no lie. I go here and get any dish and it never misses. The portions are a decent size. The food is full of flavor and I like the fact it’s grab and go. Sometimes it might be a wait if it’s busy, or something you want isn’t ready, but for the most part they have you in and out. This is one of my go to places when I don’t feel like cooking. It’s A THOUSAND times better than any fast food for about the same price. I never have an issue with placing or receiving my food. The lady at the window is always very pleasant to me. Definitely recommend

I had Bless Up for the first time today and it was nothing short of amazing! I got a medium jerk chicken plate, the portion was really good for the price and the flavor was spot on. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the chicken was tender and juicy. My food didn’t even make it out of the parking lot, I will definitely be returning!

Best Jamaican food I have ever had in the US. I had the hot jerk chicken with rice n beans. Very delicious with chicken so soft it fell right off the bone. Anytime, I am in Cleveland I mist stop here.

I went today around 5. I didn’t have a long wait, and the lady who took my order was very nice.
They were out of oxtails, so I got the spicy jerk chicken and pepper steak, both in a medium size, with a beef patty and side of macaroni. The spicy is spicy, so be prepared. I didn’t receive the mac, but everything else was delicious and I will be back.

An astonishing jewel, I discovered them doing a map search while in route home. I have tried numerous Jamaican restaurants in Cleveland and have been let down. I didn’t think I could eat Jamaican cuisine outside my own home. Irie plantains and med stew chicken.

Attempted to go to place a large $700 catering order for an elders birthday, and asked them for samples as I wanted to place that order to ensure that nothing was going to be too salty. The cook (or owner) got upset and said that I didnt trust their cooking and that I “offended” him because I wanted to taste their food. That was not the case at all. When I offered to just buy some samples, which I was told it would be $9, I was then denied to BUY their food because they were “closed” around 5pm. I sat outside for about 20 minutes watching people go in and out, placed orders, per Google they close at 9pm. Ended up going somewhere else, they gave me a sample plate for free and was $300 cheaper than this place.

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know just based of that service alone, it is not a good look.
