I love this place! Always generous with their fruit toppings. I don’t mind the lines. I have caught their truck by the courthouse several times. You have to be swift so that you won’t get a ticket downtown. These bowls are addictive. The only thing I dislike is my rewards points don’t work for every location. Hopefully she will get that worked out because it is all BlendzFriendz whether it is the food truck or the two other locations. I turned my friends on to it and not one person has disliked these bowls! They are top tier! Someone put a bad review and a soupy bowl in the reviews! That bowl didn’t come from BlendzFriendz like that! Even when they call your number and you are not there to get your bowl immediately, they put it in the deep freezer. This is a quality place! I have gotten over 20 bowls and every bowl was perfect! Fruit fresh and lots of it!

The juice and bowls are great! Fresh, healthy, and just what my wife and I wanted. The service was trash though. About 4 people working in the back with three people in line. Nobody acknowledged us for at least 5 minutes.

When dude finally came to serve us, he was cool. But this was our first time and it was not the type of experience you’d expect from a place with such high ratings for their product.

I’d come back just to see if it was a bad day but for real if you working with the public you can’t have a bad day that shows. Service = Money, you determine hire much or little you make.

Food is Fantastic but Service is poor. They forgot to put in the extra fruit, that I paid and I did not notice until I got home. Went back, 19 minite drive and the Server refused to make me a fresh one, just added the fruit he left off! It was watery by then… I rather go to the Washington Street location… better, friendlier service.

Very bad experience while picking up dark skin guy with locs on early morning shift was very rude didn’t greet or acknowledge me even when I spoke to him and brushed me off and rushed me out of the store… Will not be back I’ll take my services to a different location where I am welcome

As a business owner or manager the bare minimum most common sense thing you can train your employees on would be speaking to and greeting the people who are coming to spend their hard earned money or do a service. Morning shift was very rude to me even after I took the initiative to speak to them instead especially the brown skin guy with the locks. I am not pleased and I do not appreciate someone ruining my experience and energy because they don’t want to be at work or because they’re not having a good day. I will not be going back! #DOBETTER!

I re-ordered an açai bowl that I always order. The system removed the fruit from the bowl, but the same price. I went back to the store and the young man there refused to give me the fruit or my money back. I requested that he put the fruit in a cup. And he advised that he could only do granola. The young man there who clearly doesn’t understand Customer Service advised me to buy it again. I WILL NOT EVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND IT AGAIN!!!!!

I love this location much better than the one in college park. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and down to earth. The wait can be longer than I’d like but much shorter than the wait time at the college park location. The açaí bowls are sooooo good and firm and big. The fruit is fresh and firm. Their fresh pressed juices are great too. The green one and sweet potato one I love. Just go visit is all I’m saying!

I really hate to do this but here goes………..I purchased 2 bowls today from this establishment. When I got home I noticed that one of the bowls was the wrong size, the bananas were old the other was missing the nutrients with rot bananas and neither had granola. I called the restaurant to inform them of my 1. Dissatisfaction but 2. To give them the opportunity to fix it. Needless to say, the guy there “Elof “ just held the phone. No offer to fix it, refund anything. He was very nonchalant in his answer with “I fixed the bowls so I know they’re right.” SMH. They’ve lost a very good customer as we used to eat here at least twice a week.
