From the moment you step through the door, you feel like you’ve been whisked away to Paris. The ambiance, the décor, the music, the service — every single detail is done with care and authenticity. You can tell the team behind Ble has poured their hearts into this place.
The food? Out of this world. Every bite was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It’s hard to believe this restaurant has only been open two weeks — it already feels like a polished, world-class dining experience.
Our server was amazing, the staff was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was romantic yet relaxed. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a truly memorable meal, this is the place.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Ble French Bistro. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the beautifully curated décor. I ordered the French Burger, and it was phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with quality ingredients and French culinary technique. My wife had the Chicken Paillard, which was perfectly prepared, tender, and seasoned with incredible balance. Both dishes reflected authentic French cuisine at its finest.
We also enjoyed a pair of mocktails, which were fresh, thoughtfully made, and a perfect complement to our meal. For dessert, we shared the Crème Brûlée, and it was outstanding—silky, smooth, and finished with that perfect caramelized top.
The service was outstanding from beginning to end. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the guest experience.

The food was okay. Needed a bit more flavor. Once I added salt and pepper it was perfect. The owner and staff is extremely attentive. The atmosphere is top tier. The decor is also amazing. I did not like the espresso flavored drink. If you like black coffee (zero sweetness), then its perfect otherwise I would order something different.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is to die for. Everything was perfectly mixed, cooked, and seasoned, and the presentation was phenomenal! The atmosphere of the restaurant is like no other – from the hand-painted murals to the flowers spilling down the check-in area to beautiful marble walls, it screams French elegance and beauty. I will certainly be back!

Such an amazing experience from the minute you walk in. Exquisite French design. Hand painted wall murals, art gallery and digital picture screens. Food was fantastically delicious. Appetizers, entree and dessert. Highly recommend this unique experience.
