We absolutely enjoyed this restaurant!! Vibe is on point!! Food & cocktails are fabulous!! Perfect intimate restaurant for a cozy date night!! Also, great for a girls night out!! Highly highly recommend the basil martini & the spicy margarita for cocktails as well as the korean style fried chicken for a small plate & the steak & potato board for an entree.

I popped up here on a Friday around lunch time. Parking under the overpass is tricky, however there is a new paid parking lot with a good amount of parking spots. The place is nicely decorated with indoor and outdoor seating. It was cold on this day so there were no outside diners. I ended up sitting at the bar because the wait for a table for 1 was about 20-30 minutes. I advise to make reservations by phone. The service was nice, friendly, and fast. I tried a sample of the Pomegranate Blueberry Hinger mocktail. It was good but not sweet enough! My server gave me a shot of simple syrup which was a great addition. My server and a guest both recommended the Baja Chicken bowl. I enjoyed the bowl but it wasnt enough food for the price. I would come back and try the dinner menu. They also sell great items and there is a bakery like section.

I had a great experience here! I didn’t expect to enjoy vegetables, much less Brussels sprouts, yet the honey sriracha brussels sprouts were a highlight of the meal! Everything tasted great, and our server did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was really fun too. Enjoyed the decor, the plants, and eclectic silverware.

What we ordered: grilled cheese + soup and chips (those chips- wow), a steak and potato protein plate and veggie plate with steak added. The Peruvian aji sauce is delicious.

This spot completely won us over. It made for a perfect date night, so much so that we returned two evenings in a row. The atmosphere feels stunning both inside plus outside, creating a memorable vibe. The servers were welcoming, knowledgeable, plus truly went the extra mile. On our first visit we enjoyed the powerhouse salad paired with a steak plus potato board. The next night we tried the harvest board with tuna plus a crostini grazing board, each option tasting thoughtfully prepared plus impressive.

Service at the bar was great. Came in on a monday afternoon for lunch. Bartender recommended the baja chicken bowl. It was a good quantity for a lunch entree. Very filling. Chicken breast was spicy and seasoned well. The black beans were okay & white rice was bland. But all together, it tasted good. The pomegranate blueberry ginger drink was delicious!
Prices are outrageous!!!! For the small quantity you get. One person’s lunch (1 dish, 1 drink)-totaled $30 (with tip). Inflation has hit this state HARD.
Food is good quality & healthy. Lots of options. I liked my service at the bar. He was very friendly & helpful. I did not feel discriminated.
The ambiance is also beautiful in this restaurant. Indoor & outdoor seating. The bathroom is very very clean. Hostess was also really sweet.

Only thing I disliked is the parking situation when coming from I10 west. So difficult to find parking (Google maps do better).

I’ve been a handful of time to BLDG5 but this time was an outstanding experience. Jack and Sam behind the bar made some of the best cocktails in the city. Short rib smash sandwich and rice & gravy were spot on.

I’ve been to BLDG5 a few times, and i have to say the food is truly impressive. The Stracciatella Board is light, creamy, and beautifully done, one of the best starters in town. The Shrimp Panang is another favorite, full of flavor and always cooked perfectly. Their cocktails are creative and well balanced, making it a great spot for food and drinks.
That said, the service has been very discouraging. I’ve noticed a consistent difference in how staff treat guests — warm and friendly with Americans, but dismissive and unkind toward people of color, including Hispanic and Indian diners. It’s disheartening when the hospitality doesn’t match the quality of the food.
I truly wish the experience was more welcoming because the menu is outstanding, but until the service improves, I often choose other places when going out with friends.

Went on Feb 13th for Valentine’s Day! The atmosphere is amazing! We sat at the bar and the staff were so attentive and engaging! The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! Cocktails were crafted well and tasted good. We got their steak and potatoes board and it was absolutely worth the price! Will definitely come again!

Wonderful atmosphere and service. For small bites, we ordered the Crostini Grazing Board and the Stracciatella Board. These were small plates for sure. They were very tasty but small amounts for the price.

We order the steak & potatoes board for 2 which was delicious! Plenty of food for more than 2 people.
We also ordered the Shrimp Panang. This was my first time trying a Thai inspired dish and while it wasn’t terrible, Curry isn’t one of my favorite spices.

All in all, we loved the vibe of this beautiful restaurant and will visit again!

We stopped in on a Friday and were seated right away. Paul was an exceptional server. We had two cups of coffee, and bread with smoked gouda dip and bacon jam. It was a wonderful experience.
The atmosphere was so lively and beautiful. We will be back for sure!
