Tacos were not surprisingly the star of what we tried, but we also got a asada burrito. We had two chicken tacos and one asada taco both were good but the chicken was much better! The salsas and fresh made corn tortillas were great! I’d give about the tacos an 8/10. The burrito was okay, very dense, very hefty, but flavor wasn’t very strong probably we are guessing would have been better with the chicken. We think that if the meat was in some way grilled with some sort of open flame which we kind of assumed with the name blazen, It would have really put things up a notch. Regardless it was more than decent, but not necessarily anything that new or special. Still good!

This place ROCKS!!! Got the carne asada burrito combo with flamin hot cheeto dusted Mexican street corn and a Mexican coke. I was starving, and they more than delivered. I’m assuming I met the owner? Nice guy, very positive social interaction while I waited for my food, which was made to perfection in less than 7 or 8 minutes. I WILL BE BACK BLAZING!!! THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE AND DELICIOUS FOOD!!!

We ended up at Blazing Street Tacos after leaving another restaurant and were so glad we did.
It happened to be Taco Tuesday, which was an awesome surprise—3 tacos for $9 instead of the usual $12, and they were SO good. Fresh, hot, full of flavor, and clearly made with care.
Even as a drive-thru, the service was friendly, quick, and smooth. We were greeted right away and everything moved efficiently.
This place completely turned our night around. Great food, great value, and a really positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Just had lunch at Blazng Tacos on Palmer Wasilla Hwy. Im all about it!! Great food, great prices, great hours AND my favorite superb customer service! Customer service has gone out the window for ALOT of places these days and I will continue to fully support those who take what feels like an extra, put you out, step for some, just because its who they are. Genuinely great customer service is what I experienced!!

I’ve recently moved up here from AZ and have been on the hunt for quality Mexican food, and this is hands down the best spot I’ve come across yet. The street tacos were incredible and tasted just like home. Must try if you’re in the area. Please consider moving your truck down to Anchorage so I can eat these every week

We have heard good things about this food for a little while and finally got the chance to try it. Our first attempt at trying, they weren’t open during their posted business hours when we drove up, but that seems to have been just a one-off thing.
The food is okay. I did not like that my street tacos came with the sauce/salsa already on them instead of on the side as it usually does when ordering street tacos from pretty much anywhere else – I would have preferred a verde and to put the amount on that I prefer, but wasn’t given an option. The beans were completely liquid – they have no texture to them whatsoever and no flavor – it feels like you’re drinking beans because of how liquid they are. And the carne asada itself was so bland. We also got a burrito that came without any salsa in the box, which was a bummer and we weren’t offered any. We also didn’t realize it didn’t have any until we got home because it was all packed to-go and we found out when we got home. The other review photos show things that don’t look like what we received.
The people working were very friendly and I liked being able to drive up to the window in the winter.

I have finally found flavor in Alaska after a year. I had the carne asada burrito and it has spice. Also the carne asada tacos, street corn and, the pollo quesadilla. Everything was good food, service and overall experience. Will be back definitely.
