I had high Burger expectations considering this place specializes in burgers. I’ve never been a big fan of ordering your food at the register like you would at a fast food joint and then seating yourself. Exactly how is the Tipping supposed to work? I ordered the signature Blazing Onion Burger let’s just say the Patty was really thin and had a unique tannish color not resembling any meat color I’ve ever seen before and the Patty was flavorless. The french fries were a decent cut of fries and good flavor. My dining companion ordered the burger dip and didn’t really have anything good to say about that either. I realize food prices have gone up across the board everywhere but if a person spends $45 on too soft drinks and two burgers you would expect it to be memorable in a good way. I think if I were in an area that had a few other Burger establishments nearby I would probably go to one of the other burger places first before I came here again.

Walked in and sat at the bar, noticed a cook with his gloves on covered in grease texting on his phone then proceed to return to working on food with the same gloves….Haven’t received even an offer to order the entire time I have sat at the bar, was offered a menu got my drink and then just never was spoken to again…awful service

After about 20mins we were addressed to order mind u there was like 6 tables. After ordering and eating my meal had the bacon blue cheese burger I IMMEDIATELY started feeling ill.
Would not recommend this place go to a different location!!

I am a uber delivery driver, I do it on the side for extra cash. Never had any problem delivering food. Until tonight. I pick up an order and my app say there are drinks so I ask about the drinks, and I am told they are in the bag. So I deliver the Oder and I can’t look in it so I cannot check. I get a call from the customer after I drop it off saying that he was told i took three bags and one had drinks. I was given two bags and there only said o t eh bags there was two. But the lady who was working there said she gave me three bags which was a lie. She lied just to save her self. I have eaten at this place for 5 years and have Uber’s on the side with it for about two. I have never had no problems til now. The lady should learn to take responsibility for her not doing her job properly and not lie! I will never go back.

In the Mill Creek area, this is a nice place to grab a burger or chicken strips and enjoy a drink while watching the game. Plenty of inside and outside seating and parking is good as well. The food is good, the usual fare that you’d expect and they have plenty of drink options to try. Family friendly and not too loud during the day though I imagine during peak times it would be a bit of a bustle.

I visited on a weekday afternoon, and I appreciated that it wasn’t too crowded. I was able to use a birthday coupon, which was a nice perk, and all the staff members were super friendly.
As a salad lover, I was pleasantly surprised by how generous and delicious the salad was here! The blue cheese dressing was especially tasty, and the ingredients were fresh. The burgers also had a wide variety of recipes to choose from, which made it fun to try something new. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I came here the night before thanksgiving and ordered 2 entrees and 1 side of fries with 7 ranch. We ended up waiting AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES for our food to finish (even though others who came in after us got theirs prior to ours). The blonde girl with bangs openly made fun of us and complained for ordering 7 ranches as if it came out of her paycheck. Not only that but they made our order WRONG. We came in and ordered for TO-GO and instead of 7 ranch we received 4, and I got Garlic Fries with my Cesar Wrap instead of regular. Not to mention the food was freezing by the time we made it home (12 minutes away)
When I called Edwin answered and I asked to speak with a manager I was told to call 10-15 minutes later to speak with Donovan but then nobody even answered…. I tried calling 5 different times before closing and I just ended up giving up.
This is THEE WORST service i’ve ever had and if I could leave no stars I absolutely would.
Given it was the night before Thanksgiving I can totally understand that, I personally work in food service myself. If the staff simply told us they forgot our order or were experiencing high to-go order volumes and we were compensated for it THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE. But 0 communication, being made fun of and talked horribly about IN FRONT OF MY FACE, and getting my order WRONG 1 hour and 30 minutes out is simply negligent and I hope no one else goes here.
If you can’t give up Blazing Onion just go to the Alderwood location. The manager there was phenomenal and he personally made our food and delivered me as many ranches as I wanted WITHOUT the attitude.

Blazing onion burger has been a solid spot for a burger for about a decade now. They also have really great salads with freshly cooked crispy or grilled meat on top (I really appreciate that it’s not cold). The current management is really attentive and customer focused. They have tvs and it’s a decent place to watch a game.

I have always been a fan of the food here! It was really disappointing today when I waited over 40 minutes for my order and it when I got home, I found out it was incorrect! I had worked such a long day and was extremely frustrated. The front of house and waiting staff came to my rescue! Edwin is the MAN! His customer service is stellar and helped assist me. I know this was a one off night, but Edwin really went above and beyond! There were two other people helping front of house who were also really nice and apologetic. They really helped make my night!
