If breakfast were a competitive sport, Blazing Bagels just won gold, broke the world record, and did a victory lap with my taste buds. I had the onion poppy seed bagel with olive and jalapeño cream cheese, plus a slice of tomato—and I swear I saw a beam of light and heard a choir of angels. That bite was divine.
The shop is so cute and cozy, it’s like a bagel-themed hug. I’ve literally stayed the night at a friend’s place just to be within striking distance before work, just to get my hands on one of these masterpieces.
Blazing Bagels, you’re not just making breakfast—you’re changing lives.

Our new favorite brunch spot with baked goods, antique atmosphere (think Beyer’s in the old ‘76 station), and bagel sandwiches piled high! Prices are very fair considering the quality and quantity. No need to order ahead (you can’t unless you call) as everything comes up quick! Delicious 😛

Best bagels in Commerce Township!
Breakfast bagel sandwiches are off the charts, the lunch bagels are great, a little hard to eat due to how huge they are but no complaints from me. We buy their coffee beans as well – great flavor.

Cute “to-go” bagel shop in Commerce. They have a wide selection of bagel flavors and cream cheese spreads. I settled on an asiago bagel with bacon-horseradish cream cheese. Super-tasty! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Will be back!

The bagels are amazing. But not worth a 40 minute wait. Don’t go on weekends unless you’re ok with waiting 40 minutes for 3 bagels. They are super busy and don’t have the capacity to serve in a timely fashion. Was told it would be 20 minutes and my wait time was double that.

We try to stop by here whenever we are in the area. This bagel shop is very popular especially on Saturday morning, you might end up parking in the grass, but the line will go by relatively swiftly with the ordering process they have in place. There is no inside seating at this time, so you’ll have to eat your goodies in the car or checkout the nearby Mill Race Park just down the street.
We like to get the Hank Greenberg, which is a Lox sandwich with capers, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and cream cheese. Toppings are all optional of course, but they bring freshness to the chewiness of the bagel.
There is also a small shop that is attached with unique home decor that can be a nice housewarming type of gift. Stop by, have a bagel and check things out.

Great place! Just remember if you get more than 2 dozen bagels to place an order the day before. I do bagel breakfasts for the teachers at my kid’s school.
