The place is very clean and orderly. There were no menus, but you can scan the QR code. However, the code, like the menu, is on an LED board that is constantly scrolling. I wish they would have had a paper menu! The coffee was excellent, piping hot. My wife and I both ordered bagels with eggs, cheese and pastrami. My bagel was a jalapeno bagel, and I only knew that from ordering it, because the bagel had no visual trace or taste of hot pepper.

Came here last year a couple times and just returned while passing through the area. Just as yummy. Got a bacon egg n cheese on a toasted sesame and tuna salad on an everything. Oh and a nice hot cup of coffee. Friendly quick service. Ty!

This was once a good place to grab breakfast since there really is no other place in town other than fast food chains but they have gone down hill. I’ve ordered a BLT on a roll and Every time there is an issue. Either a mushy tomatoe or in todays case the end of the tomatoe, the end of the shreds of lettuce and bacon that turned gray. Please see the pics of this uploaded. I called and received a very nonchalant response. $7.50 for a bad “BLT” is unacceptable. We’ve had too many issues with this establishment and today was the final straw. So sad They’ve gotten extremely careless and it shows in their food.

Huge bagel breakfast sandwich cooked with two eggs for $4.50. Great prices and incredible quality food as well. Owner is very friendly and makes conversation with you to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended! Smoothies are also superb.

Me and my wife have been coming to this bagel shop for quite some time now and don’t get me wrong in the beginning a few years ago these guys were amazing. Great food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. But unfortunately this place has fallen so far down it’s sad to see. Every sunday we would come and order at least 15 to 20 dollars worth of food and now i don’t even get a greeting as i enter the place. The staff is rude and especially is they forget something on your order it’s even worse.
Not to mention the quality of food, i’m not sure if we got all new recipes or changed the quality of the ingredients but the overall appeal of the food from this place is pathetic. I used to love eating here and now we get nothing but oxidized brown tomatoes in our food. Bagels that don’t even taste like what they are supposed to be.
But the worst of all so far has been the customer service, i used to get greeted and with a smile at that. Now when you walk in the most you get is “what do you want?”. It’s unfortunate to see such a once amazing place fall so far down. Maybe they will come back around.

So I ordered an egg & cheese with avocado and hot sauce. Great service, nice people, great price. But you CANNOT serve this. I know what an oxidized avocado looks like, and a little brown on an avocado never hurts. But this is clearly spoiled… whoever made that knew it was rotten and still used it. I can’t go back here now. Orange County Bagel it is from here on out.

The customer service and efficiency was fabulous. I got the egg and pastrami everything bagel. I thought the everything bagel had a bit too much salt for my liking and the pastrami just tasted off to me. I don’t mean to say it tasted like it went bad, I just mean it did not taste like a delicious pastrami should. So obviously, I didn’t care for it – I actually took it off. I love pastrami, so that’s sad.
My husband had the jalapeno bagel with pastrami and eggs. He said he could not taste the jalapeno on the bagel. However, my husband thought his pastrami was okay, so there’s that.
A small thing, but the changing menu boards were a bit annoying. You could not see the entire menu at once so the screens would change but they would change too quickly. You could barely read one section of it and it was changing. Also, there was a QR code that you could use in order to view the menu on your phone, but it had the same issue. The screen kept changing away from the QR code so you would have to wait for that to come back around so you could scan it. Maybe put that QR code on paper on the wall or something and maybe have the menu printed out somewhere behind where people wait so if there are other options to view the menu.
