Got less than a 6oz steak. Ordered the garlic steak and it looked like teriyaki steak. No garlic flavor at all. They drenched my salad with ranch that I scooped out 3 spoonfuls off my plate. I couldn’t eat the salad at all it was so saturated with ranch. Paid $20 for a plate that is worth 10.

When I asked the older lady at the register for bags after already paying, I offered to cover the charge since I had forgotten. Instead, I was met with an attitude and told, “next time tell me before paying.” I completely understand that things get busy, and I had patiently waited 15–20 minutes for my order, but the tone felt unnecessary. I also noticed that two male customers before me asked for a bag and received one without receipt checks, just gave them anyway. On a previous visit with my cousin, she experienced something similar when asking for utensils that she never received with her plate. I know everyone has their off days, but it feels like there’s a pattern of giving attitude to certain customers. Especially from that old lady working on the cashier!

My goodness, I’ve never had food AND service to be this awful. The staff had horrible attitude and would not stop staring at me walking around and sitting at the food court. Take it from me – ANY other option nearby would be better. SO much regrets in picking this place to get some quick bite.

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve had. I ordered steak with a side of noddles for my wife. I opened the box and saw the noddles contained fish and the steak was medium rare. My wife couldn’t eat this (3 months pregnant). I went up and explained to an older lady that my wife can’t eat this, before I could get the rest of my sentence out, she told me “that’s your fault, no refunds” and I continued to try an explain that we weren’t aware that it served this way. Then the lady started getting defensive and stated it was my fault for not asking and that 99% of the noddles contained fish. She grabbed my plate and threw it back on the oven and ignored me until the steak was done. Her employees in the back were just laughing. I never asked for a refund, I couldn’t even ask for a refunded if I wanted too!! Horrible management.

I have been to blazin steaks the last three days to order the pork chop dinner and all three days I gotten three different excuses why they don’t have it. Then i would recommend crossing it off the menu until you have all the ingredients for it. Or at least put a sign saying you don’t have it at the moment.

So disappointed!
Asked for a side order of Steak and was told by “Ashley” (cashier name on the receipt) that it is the same price as a plate but you get 1 ounce more. Sounded fair, so I paid. They said it would take 10-15 minutes. Please note: I asked for an unseasoned side order because it was for my puppy (special treat).
Spouse picked up the order after maybe only 5-6 minutes. and when I saw it there was MAYBE 1 ounce of meat in the small foam container.
Then I noticed food was COLD!
What did they do?! Rinse off the already cooked meat with cold water and serve it to me!???
Truly sad for this company that these boys are representing their name.
