I am picky but this place was amazing. The server was very friendly and accommodating. The food was the best. My daughter had the katsu and it was huge and she had enough for lunch the next day. We ordered the meat for 4 people and it was more than we could eat, one of the 4 is a teenager. The marinated short ribs were delicious and all the meat was tender and soo good. We will definitely be going back.

We did the beef rib & sirloin, chicken bilgolgi, and the new york steak. We also did the appetizer if souffle egg, which is amazingly flavorful!
All of the food was amazing, very high quality. My husband and I couldnt even eat half of it, so we left with leftovers for tomorrow. Such good food!

Our children came to visit us and because we all love Korean food, we decided to try Blazin in Monroe. Great experience! The meat variety, quality, and amount of food was perfect. What really made the biggest difference was the service. The owner’s husband spent at least 15-20 minutes at our table, teaching us the proper way of grilling different meat and vegetables. In the meantime, a very delightful conversation took place with him.
At the end, we were treated with a delicious Steamed Egg dish on the house.
We will go back. It was well worth the 30 minutes drive.

Stopped by this establishment twice and it was a top notch experience on both occasions. I was acknowledged and seated promptly. The food arrived very quickly and looked like quality and effort was not skipped (judge for yourself from my photos). I thought the staff was wonderfully attentive and not suffocating. It’s a great place to eat.

This is one of the first restaurants in about 5 years that I can say earn 10 out of 10 stars in every category inside the US. We tried about five dishes. All the dishes went Way beyond expectation. Service was incredible. Our server’s name was Joseph and by the time the meal was finished, I was already planning my next trip here. Can’t wait to come back for the Korean barbecue.

New favorite restaurant! My husband and I ordered Combo A and we were absolutely wowed by the quality and freshness of the food. We’ve been to several Korean BBQ restaurants, but the food here was by far the best! You can tell everything is made with love.

Absolutely delicious! We got combo A and it was a lot of food for 2 teens and 2 adults. Service was top notch too, it was our first time and we had someone make the meat for us and show us how to do everything.

Absolutely amazing experience, food is delicious, so many flavors! All the extras they provide are so fresh and delicious. Owner personally cooked for us and made recommendations for flavor combinations. Bonus is most everything is healthy and it’s a family owned and operated local business. A bit pricy but so worth it!

Okay, so this was one of the most insane experiences I’ve ever had- my friends surprised me with dinner here and it was my first time having Korean bbq. The vibes and energy were up, the entire restaurant was gorgeous and CLEAN! The bathrooms were super clean and nice as well. The staff were incredibly sweet, they were very helpful and insightful- there’s a lot to learn here! Which is what makes this place that much more special- the chef came to our table and taught us how to cook everything properly and in the correct order. He truly took his time to make it a one of a kind experience for us and the food was INCREDIBLE. The FLAVOR was absolutely unmatched. This has easily just turned into one of my top restaurants and I will definitely be back here with my partner for a date night. It’s lowkey, fun, and an awesome experience from start to finish! Monroe is lucky to have these guys in town!!!! This place is an absolute gem and must be protected at all costs!!!!
