Someone said in a review that these were the best wings they’ve had in the DMV, and I have to agree. I tried one of her lemon pepper wings and immediately had to go back in and order my own! The wings are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The smash burger was legit — the beef was juicy, had those crispy edges, and even spilled out over the sides of the bun. You know you’re getting a real, hearty serving when that happens! And the Oreo milkshake was incredible too — thick, creamy, and packed with cookie pieces in every sip. Definitely one of the best shakes I’ve had in a long time!
Their prices are right on par — honestly, probably even better than a lot of other places — especially considering they use fresh ground beef for their burgers and large, high-quality wings. Plus, their bacon jam is homemade from scratch, and you can taste the difference.
My friend has been wanting to try them for a while, and she fell in love from the first bite of her burger. If you’re looking for a real smash burger — crispy edges, juicy, but not greasy — this is the place. I also love that they serve all the condiments on the side so you can add exactly how much you want.
While we were there, we ran into a couple who said that Blazin Craft has become their new Friday night wing spot. Safe to say, we’ll definitely be back too!
Great takeout spot. The food comes out fast, with a good system. The workers will put your meal in a locker and you’ll scan your order with your phone (or put in your order number into the kiosk) to be able to open your locker to retrieve your order.
I can’t say too much about customer service because It’s a fast online and pick up from a locker interaction, but it was effective.
There is no seating and it’s a small building. So, it’s exclusively a takeout location. The parking is atrocious. Do not park in the back where the entrance is. I recommend parking towards the front at a nearby business and walking over.
The most important thing… the food is fantastic. I got the blazin burger meal with lemon pepper wings. The burger reminds me of the great mom and pop shops I ate at growing up. Very tasty and smokey. The wings are juicy and crispy, with a fantastic lemon pepper rub. I will say that the fries are just your standard frozen french fries and I’m not a fan that you have to pay a dollar extra just for cheese on the burger. The condiments are given to you on the side in containers and packets.
I’m not sure if it’s because I tipped them online, but they included a water bottle with their brand on it. It was a nice touch.
Overall great food, cooked fast, at an affordable price.

STAMP!! Their Oreo Shake ($4.75). Creamy, rich, & chocolaty!!
DELICIOUS. Their Smokin Bacon Jam Burger ($15.49 a single beef patty with white American cheese, & house made bacon jam). A tasty bacon jam, I just needed a larger more seasoned burger.
STAMP!! Their Lemon Pepper Wings ($10.49 six lemon pepper dusted wings). Fried hard, & lightly dusted!!
LIKE THAT!! Their Garlic Parmesan Wings ($10.49 six garlic Parmesan wetted wings). Garlicky, fries hard, & wet!!
DECENT!! Their Salmon BLT ($21.49 with lettuce, tomato, bacon, Blazin Sauce, with sweet potato fries). The fish was a tad bit too fishy tasting for me if that makes sense. The fries were LIKE THAT!!

Customer service was well intentioned but not very effective. The owner, Michael, sheepishly blamed his Otter PoS system and offered to comp my next order.
As for the Food itself, this is a good burger. Seasoned well, proper patty temp with grill char, crispy bacon, grilled onions, and toasted buns. It could even be a Great burger if made in under 15 minutes consistently.
Fries are decent, but something of an afterthought – they could use some other seasoning to give it kick, rather than just salt and pepper.
Overall, 2 stars for this experience. Good burger, but long wait and lackluster customer service.
