This place is a hidden gem!! All of the food we ordered was amazing and fresh. Lemon pepper wings were crunchy and had great flavor. I was surprised at how clean their cups were, haven’t seen any this shiny in a restaurant. I love their menu selection and their customer service. If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend stopping by this place.

The lemongrass-marinated pork was grilled perfectly, placed inside in a crisp baguette, filled with tangy pickled veggies and fresh herbs.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was perfect. Just the right amount of ice. It had a deep roast flavor with just the right touch of sweetness.

Everything is so fresh and so good! Pho has phenomenal flavor and the customer service is perfect! I’ve tried the vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken, rice bowl with chicken topped with a fried egg, shaken beef and pho nam. Loved them all!

Ok first off… big flavor and great customer service. I would go back in a heart beat even with a 50 min drive to get here. Yes it’s worth it.
You’ll find that it’s a little restaurant off in the corner of a shopping strip not too far from the Naval Base.
There is plenty of parking as I saw during what normally is peak time during Saturday for most people dining out.
The staff was attentive and also laid back so it made the experience very cozy and inviting.
On to best part! The foooood! Ok the Vietnamese coffee was fantastic ! I also ordered Pho and asked for the chili oil sauce amongst the basic things I would use were all present on the table. I also ordered the little Vietnamese pancakes with shrimp which isn’t something you normally see at Viet restaurants! I was pleasantly surprised and found that they were delicious like the ones I’ve had before. Oh and the spring rolls as an appetizers was a no brainer along with the egg fried rice as an additonal side. My spouse got the steam shrimp with the house special and that was a treat as it reminded her of back home where Viet /cajun style crawfish and seafood back home is our main go to. Everything was fresh and prepared in a timely manner.
Being from a major city that has such a huge Vietnamese population I was on guard about any Viet place in west Florida tasting good and I have to say I’m impressed. I’ll make this place somewhere I would frequent Forsure! I look forward to having the bahn mi next!

Very nice reception when entering. Wasn’t busy, and they just opened for the day. Good variety on the menu. Quality and portion size are very good. Ingredients tasted fresh. Store was very clean. Rolls had pork and shrimp. Good balance and fresh wrapper. Combo pho with a little oil was perfect. Will return with family and friends. Close to Escambia County Tax Collector office. Perfect place to wait in line. Ask for military discount if it applies to you.
