Usually this place is amazing and maybe they are having an off day but for the first time I left there absolutely with the intention of not going back. I understand when something is ordered online there maybe an error in what is in stock. However when your frozen drink is made first and sits for 10min while you wait for the rest of your order to be made incorrectly only to discover this when you get home is beyond. Sorry Blazing Bagels but you lost a customer today.

I cannot believe the experience I just had at Blazin Bagels! I come here quite often and I’ve never had a bad experience but today I came home with my order to find a straight black hair in my one half of my sandwich. Since it was small I wasn’t that upset and I decided to just call the store to just let them know that I found it but I didn’t even request a new one or a refund, I just wanted them to know so they could be aware. Well, right after I hung up I go to pick up my other half of the sandwich and I found another bigger straight black hair! So then I pick up the first half again and really inspect it and I find 4 hairs total within the sandwich! I was so disgusted and I called the store again to ask them for a new sandwich and the employee was very nice and said she would make me another one. I drive back over there and get my new sandwich and ask if I could speak with the manager about a refund for my order. When the manager gets to the window she immediately says “I will only refund you for the one sandwich but not the whole order” (the whole order is 2 sandwiches totaling $20). I told her that I easily could have taken one of the MANY hairs I found in my sandwich and put it in the other one and lied that I needed two new sandwiches but I was being honest about the entire situation and just felt like it was the right thing to do to ask for a full refund. She responded by saying “you know when I go out to eat there is hair in all the food everywhere” WHAT??!! I told her “that’s not normal! That’s not ok” and she just scuffed at me. I cannot believe this lady is a manager when the associates are so much nicer and deal with situations so much more professionally. She really doesn’t think that finding multiple hairs in my sandwich was a big deal! I ate a good amount of that first half and I am absolutely disgusted!

I love this place! Their bagel sandwiches are super tasty, and they don’t skimp on ingredients. I am always happy with my value for the price, and the customer service is always top notch!!
The pizza bagel is awesome, but I wish they had Italian sausage to add to it. 🙂
We come here at least once a week for different bagels, including the pizza bagel, different breakfast bagels, the BLT with avacado added, mayo, and mustard on sourdough, or sesame seed bagels.
They have a drive thru too so you can order ahead or buy thru the drive thru and not have to go in. They also offer a spam breakfast sandwich now too!!
I just tried the spam bagel and it was awful. 🙁 They should be frying the spam and making it crunchy, but seemed steamed or microwaved.

Decent food. Their bagels are little hard and croissants are very salty. We ordered california turney sandwich and ham sandwich. Decent taste. We went there as it was drive thru.

Not a huge fan of the bagel. Ordered the sausage club and my bagel was a bit too tough. I might have just had a bad bagel because the boyfriend says his was soft and he got the salmon sandwich. Don’t know if the eggs are real eggs or not but wasnt too fond of it.

This Bagel place is soooo good!!!! +DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW and very reasonable prices! Always tasty and service is very friendly. A lot of options to choose from and they have fresh squeezed orange juice! Besides all the great bagel options they also have a DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW!!! Perfect for those hot hot summer days. The best bagel place!

This place is very expensive compared to other bagel stores. They gave me ONE slice of lox, and a very small side of plain cream cheese for $2.15!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really frustrating experience here. I waited 40 minutes for my food and drink, and when I asked about it, I was just told “your order is next” but that still took another 10 minutes! No updates, no apology, just waiting around.
Then when I finally got my food, my drink wasn’t even made. When I asked about it, the response was just “sorry, I forgot”… and when they did make it, it was super sticky on the outside, like you could tell it was rushed and not even wiped down. .
Honestly, I get that things can get busy, but if there’s a long wait, at least let customers know upfront. There were plenty of staff behind the counter, and better communication would’ve made a big difference.
Hope they can work on the customer service and organization, because the food OR drink itself wasn’t worth the wait.
