third time my pizza was bad i go back before i personally like blaze but they stay being lazy and not giving enough toppings when i order online OR as for today i asked it to be made cause it was dry so as they would they now didnt cook it all the way but put enough toppings so disgusting that the topping were falling off as i ate it im disgusted.

Ordered a veggie pizza that was supposed to have no cheese, with mushrooms, onions, basil & arugula. The pizza showed up and it was a semi raw piece of dough with 4 splotches of red sauce not even covering the crust. No veggies. It was inedible. I called and spoke with the manager, Jackson and was told they were busy and he couldn’t get me another one as they were busy nor give me a refund. He was rude and dismissive. Not only was the quality of food horrible but the manager was also. Won’t be ordering from there again as they didn’t care about making this right.Being “busy” is no excuse for poor quality food or for being rude. As a manager it’s his job to make sure things are done right.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Normally the experience is fine. Depending on what time you go, sometimes you have certain employees being simply childish and rude. An employee who made my order frequently laughed and looked at the other employees seemingly making fun of me. Strangely asked me at the start of the making of the pizza “is that all for today” after adding the sauce and cheese.
Already ended my day tired and frustrated and this employee in particular made it worse.

Great restaurant! They have gluten free options and make sure to use different tools when handling gluten free pizzas.
You can create your own if you want to. Their blood orange lemonade is so so good! Will say we had to wait for them to make the gluten free dough for some reason but generally not the case
