When I ordered a build your own and asked for mushrooms they put 4 little pieces and said that was all they can put and as for the onions it was 7 pieces and as for jalapeños it was 5 pieces . No wonder this place is empty and a lot of there locations are closing down. How many mushrooms do you see? LOL

Good pizza.. kinda like pizza press but crispy crust, which is what I like. The double pepperoni is spicy but not too much.. but the staff kill it. They seem to like working with each other which is important, but seriously lack customer service skills.. zero personality. Don’t seem happy to be there at all..

After a previous bad experience at this location, we decided to give it another try. We ordered a build your own pizza, and when we asked for extra minced garlic, we were told we would be charged for the extra topping. Really? For minced garlic? I can understand charging for extra meat, extra cheese, or extra premium veggies like roasted bell peppers, but extra minced garlic? That’s almost like charging for salt & pepper. When we told the employee we’ve never been charged for extra garlic at any Blaze Pizza, including this location, his response was that the owner was really watching them and being a stickler about extra toppings. Wow! We can order one of each meat topping and one of each cheese topping, but we will be charged for extra garlic?
We had been visiting this store 1-2 per week for almost 2 months after visits to our mom in the hospital at UCI. One Saturday night in February after a long day at the hospital, we stopped by this store for dinner, only to be told that they were too busy to take in-store orders because of a large to-go order. They told us it would be a 45-minute wait to even make a pizza! We were flabbergasted and frustrated, to say the least.
Maybe the owner should focus less on charging for extra minced garlic and more on hiring a crew to keep his/her business clean and inviting. When we left at 10 pm, the restaurant was completely empty, had only 2 out of 5 staff doing something other than talking, but almost every table was dirty and the trash piled high.

We had an unpleasant experience during our recent visit to Blaze Pizza. When we started building our pizza, I politely asked the associate to change her gloves due to a bacon allergy. Instead of understanding or accommodating the request, she looked visibly annoyed. I wish I wouldn’t ask her and just accept what she was doing..
Later, I asked if a little more cheese could be added, and I was told it would cost an additional 85 cents. In my 7 years as a Blaze Pizza customer, this was the first time I’ve ever been told that—especially for something so minor.
Overall, I didn’t feel like a valued customer. The experience lacked the friendliness and flexibility I’ve come to expect from Blaze. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression.

This location is a franchise. Toppings are meager at best. 10 Pepperoni’s on my whole pizza. We asked for more or if we could purchase extra and we’re told that the manager does not allow extra pepperoni purchase. At the end we asked for balsamic and chili oil and since we got it on the side, we were charged $1.70, but if we wanted it top it would have been free. We love blaze pizza, but will never return to this location. I hope this location goes out of business and allows another managed franchise to provide better service. Also the music was very loud. We didn’t say anything, but the customer behind us asked if they could turn down the music and they responded by saying that the music only has a single volume.
