The food in Blaze Pizza in mall Brea is excellent; the flavor truly stands out. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The two staff members —with the exception of the slimmer young woman— consistently gave unpleasant looks and displayed an unwelcoming attitude, which came across as inappropriate. It is unfortunate, as the quality of the food does not match the level of service provided.

Made an order online since I was in a rush. I get there on time. No other customers at the counter. For minutes nobody greets me. Then when they do, the order has not been started & it’ll be ready in 5 minutes. 8 minutes later

They do build your own personal pizza. I believe you can get a large pizza but you need to order it thru the app, it’s not on the menu.

The worst blaze pizza I’ve had! If I could give it a 0 I would. The girl last night, 08/09/23 was rude. Only got 1 protein topping and she pushed my pizza along. She overfilled my pizza with basically the container of mozzarella cheese. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. $18 for a disgusting pizza. Way too overpriced, you’re better off going to a blaze pizza elsewhere where they won’t be $18.
