This was my first time trying this location and I knew I should’ve came in instead of placing the order online so I can make sure it was correct but sadly I didn’t and they ended up putty SO MANY onions on my pizza it was like the base layer was mainly onions idk how lol I tried picking them out but it still tasted like so much onion

One of the important things that help me rate the restaurant is the restroom, I can tell they are taking care of it to an extent for a fast food restaurant. Staff is very good and helpful, at least the girl that helped us. Enjoy your pizza!!

Brought my nephew here to make his own pizza and he loves it. Thought they just had one price for their pizza but apparently you can just get a one topping pizza, so that made it a little cheaper for me.

Only reason it does not get 1 star service is because of Daisy and the guy in the beanie on Wednesday evening. Daisy is one of those employees that drives business. Her level of professionalism with customers and her fellow employees was evident this evening. She was coaching and leading everyone behind the counter in a very calm manner. Her leadership skills were definitely on display. The rest of the team responded well to her except for the guy in glasses and a hat. He was rude when she asked him to place a pizza in the oven. He then came back to make my pizza. When I asked for him to add ricotta he rudely stated my type of pizza only has two toppings. I asked if that meant I couldn’t add toppings and he said no. The worker in the beanie must have noticed my reaction because he stepped in to help him and clarified that I could add toppings but it would make it a regular priced pizza and not a special priced pizza. I told him I was ok with it and my pizza was made. Came to Blaze because I thought I could add whatever I wanted to my pizza. Big difference between telling a customer “no” You can’t add toppings and “yes” You can add toppings for a extra charge. Guy with the glasses and hat needs some customer service coaching.

The pizza has gone down hill. Got a thin crust you build. The crust was burnt, I couldn’t cut thru it. Sauce was bland. Service was off, I’m used to people being there that care. Watch out for draft beer prices they have increased and the amount has decreased.

Cancer causing pizza! I didn’t realize I was eating burnt pizza until I saw the bottom of my pizza. Beware! Check the bottom of your pizza! I ended up just eating the toppings.
